There have been two major themes in my dreams. Topographies and fish!
Lots of semi-familiar places and journeys I've had to take, and the goal is usually to move to higher ground. Often the issue is the vehicles involved. Sometimes there are obstacles to overcome. I believe these landscapes to be more real than we might suppose, as people's experiences with DMT suggest. In a very real sense, the high places are often remote sunlit uplands, and the plains are twilight shallow swamps and the more run down parts of town.
Sometimes I'm pursuing a goal, or striving for something in life, and it appears in my dreams as a fish! The context is usually the message, so sometimes the fish is enormous and impossible to get home, or I'll have to search for them upstream or go down into caves in order to catch them. Sometimes There are many, and they are easy to catch, but there are birds stealing them from me!
Another kind of dream entirely, in the same landscapes, but usually in more specific places, are dreams where malign forces reveal themselves. Thankfully these are infrequent, but often my character and principles are at issue in those.
I have a rich dream life, and value the guidance, insight and catharsis I can find there, but I do not wish to put too much reliance or trust in my dreams. I value consciousness, logic and reason over intuition and insights. There may indeed be entities interacting with us there. There is so much more to ultimate reality than we can consciously perceive. The principalities and powers of the air may even presume to reign there, but we are never completely at their whim, or inert in that realm, just as bad actors may presume to reign here on Earth, but we need not bow to them. Just as in the world we know, I believe such entities only have power where people are persuaded to hand it over to them from their natural, God given personal sovereignty.
From my perspective the Jedi are evil
It's to give us messages. Also, as the Word teaches us. The spirit, whether in Heaven, on Earth or in hell, does not sleep. And dreams help facilitate the time, while the flesh sleeps (rests).
