He did it here because it was his hotel. Everything is controlled by him in this hotel, from security to CCTV. He also jammed electronic devices and to top it off his brother law was hiding the attackers in his hotel. Thats why he did it here.

And by the way Dhruv has commented on sexism and glorification of violence in the film, not on tbe quality of the film... I am saying the film is cringe and stupid. And of course the movie is also very problematic, but that wasn't my point
