In the back of my head I always thought about God because little did I know he was slowly pulling me out of the world. I pray he does the same with you :)
OriLOK2 this is the kind of guy you get when you follow scripture and what it actually says. The meaning behind it in the truth behind it. This is what true Christianity is not what people have made it out to be today. That's why so many people have problems with modern-day Christianity. Because people have made it their own instead of leaving it to God.
If only it is that simple. Make the first move and everything will be hugs and kisses.
I want to be a peacemaker this week. GOD please help me and give me the courage and humility to begin to clear all the darkness between those I have lived in conflict with. May you give me the right words and let my heart find peace thru honoring you and my soul find rest. Amen
This sermon sure spoke to me today. I have no love for my partners daughter-in-law. I have said how many times how I hate her. Wrong, wrong, wrong. I have been a Christian for 40 years, one never stops learning and growing. I take back my words and pray for a resolution. I am not one to hold a grudge but with her I have. I no longer hold the grudge. I will pray for us both .

Your confession encouraged me to rethink about my relationship with my sister-in-law. I have very difficult time loving her and understanding her when she talks back to me with hurtful words and keeps telling me that i am too sensitive. I wish and pray that we both get to know how to love them no matter what. It is still hard for me to swallow what she often says to me, but it really helps me to know there are ppl like me struggling in ‘-in-law relationship. Thank you.

It's been 40 years of my addictions that separated me from him. He is a strong Christian, i wasn't!
I have 3 years of sobriety now and listening to know how to reconcile our relationship.

I have had a conflict with my son in law and it has grown to include the wife and my other daughter and her husband. I left it 2 long and my sister who was also involved passed away and I feel lost on how to resolve it. May God help me since my conflict is as long as Esau and Jacob

I’m here because I’m tired.
I seem to have conflict constantly in my friendships based on hurt feelings. I get to the point where I don’t even want friends. I can honestly say I have avoided conflict at the expense of others feelings or just thinking it will be better over time. This is helpful

Gods word (Bible) has all the answers for life. When we are saved He gives us the ability to follow His word. Salvation is as simple as asking God to forgive our sins, believing Gods son Jesus died on the cross for our sins and He has risen...and we are forgiven when we ask/repent, and telling Him we will follow Him...with His help. So simple, and He turned my whole life around. No fear. Peace and joy, even in these end days. He gives us a life we can't even imagine...and an eternity with Him in heaven. He is real. Hi Kathy. We are in the end days. It will be devastating for those who are not saved (read Revelation in the Bible). Time is short. Many, many things that are mentioned in the Bible are happening. I pray for your repentance (we all must repent) and salvation through the cross of Calvary. If there is a good Pentecostal church around, its important in these days to join with believers. Mario Murillo, Tim Sheets, Lance Sheets are good to watch online. So is At The Crossroads Church in Trenton, Ontario. Reading Matthew on in the Bible is a good place to start...and John 3:16. This really hit home. Especially the part about saying “sorry I was just thinking about myself” I’m engaged and soon to be married and I let jealousy and insecurity control me. I let the past direct my future and that takes the hands of God away from me. I never had a strong parent figure around me and I never saw conflict getting resolved but I’m tired of letting that be a barrier in my relationship because I want to be the change so my future kids don’t have to grow up and fall into the same way of thinking I have. To give some history here, I have been struggling as a parent of three wonderful children who all have very strong wills. I have been praying for a breakthrough with my oldest daughter particularly and I happened upon your video on honoring your parents. My boyfriend and I had been in a "no talking" stage for almost a month. I was overwhelmed and anxious and waiting for him to reach out. I prayed to God everyday to solve the issue for (mostly) me. Then I read this chapter from the book. It opened my eyes. Finally I decided to call my boyfriend.

I have tried to mend ways with several people in my life. They have no problem with it and cannot explain it nor care to mend it... I've spent years crying and finally realized I cannot hang on to things that long...I have to realese it and fix me and love my life...

My partner has called for a time-out in our 5-year old relationship. I wish I seen this earlier. I have been hurt and I have hurt my loved ones as a result. She gave me so much love yet I continued to be self-centered. I have learned so much from this video and I can only pray we can get back together gain. I will take this time to be a better person.

You are so right about the blame game. When my husband say something that hurt my feelings, he criticizes a lot, I will stop him by pointing out his issues. But I think it's time for me to stop letting those things bother me. He's getting older and will just say things, I think, because his health issues bother him so much. I need to stop defending myself and found ways to comfort him.

I constantly dream about never leaving Church. Sometimes I feel I only live to hear others speak about the Bible because it makes me feel closer to God. I hope before I die whatever choices I make each day, leads me closer to this dream.

I'm praying this wonderful man's sermons & the word of God helps my was then "fiance" to find our way back. We didn't get the same advice thru a set of two counselors that probably had good intentions, but not enuf info to counsel. Had me convinced to call off the engagement too quickly. Pls my fellow Christian, take your time. Only prayer & God's answers can help now. My prayer was answered & I know I'm going in the right direction. Please pray for my B.... to ask & be delivered the same. We love each other, took this pre-marital step & it ruined us by false interpretation of scripture & a rushing & intense mtg w/ no time 4 us to reflect on what was being discussed. God Bless us all.
I wish I had heard this and applied it when I was married. But I know that this works for all relationships. It has helped me improve my other relationships in my family and my circle of friends.

So important to understand that we love God by loving others around us. It's all through the Scriptures and so much of what Jesus taught. God help me to reconcile with her.
So good what he said about choosing to love and forgive. It really is a choice. It is especially important if we say we are filled with the Holy Spirit. We are resisting the Holy Ghost if we choose not to love and forgive.
