Players aren’t looking for headlines or clickbait to get people to read their stuff. Players can get people to watch their podcasts by simply being a player. A reporter though? How many sports fans are reading articles by someone like Tim McMahon if they don’t include a spicy question being asked to a player? Nobody remembers the good questions asked but we all remember the reactions to bad questions, that’s the point.
