You ROCK! I stumbled upon your Paddling Out Like a Pro vid (started learning to surf at 60 and SUP surf last year at 62!) which led me to your Overcoming Anxiety vid! I still struggle with anxiety going out (near drowning experience as a child) so I always tune in with the Kundalini Adi Mantra, followed by the protection mantra, Mangala Charan. Then I recite the intentions I use when doing energy healing for someone before I go out so the idea of asking for permission totally resonates with me! Thank you for putting yourself out here!
