Shoutout to the guy that tried to defuse the situation, gets threatened with death, calmly leaves and gets the police. Most level headed positive actions you can possibly take.
They lucky this isn't texas. Glad the law showed up

For life
Dont forget the kidnapping, rape and torture threats lol. Absolutely unhinged. Then wailing when they get tackled. People don't respect violence at all, they don't understand it. Yet they celebrate it.

They gona love prison
Its more than just a threat. Here anyway, because the gun was actually involved that counts as assault with a deadly weapon.
I love how the older man said after the kid went "I'm GONNA BLOW YOU AWAY"
All he said was "Bet" and brought the cops LOL. Thank god he did.
yeah he wasn't intending on going home without shooting someone
Lucky for them he went for the cops, lots of folks would take that as the threat it is. Especially seeing that it's being recorded. No he said she said needed, they are on camera initiating, instigating, and escalating the situation.

And physical because didn't they pepper spray them?
@@josiahthebrain8075 yup, but that's straight up assault. You can't just treat pepper so spray like axe in a school's gym locker room

💯
Facts!!!! They going to get the book thrown at them!!! Plus they laughing at those lame ass donations saying “take her hostage and rape her in front of him” they are toast.
That and the part when the chatter literally commented he should have r-worded her and he laughed about it.
If that’s entered into an exhibit for prosecution as culpable evidence it will be proof of deliberate indifference. Judges really fucking hate that. They’ve profoundly messed up
On repeat.
As a gun owner in the US, he just committed felony assault twice. Showing and threatening your firearm is a jail sentence. You can only pull it when your life feels threatened or justifiable. Second felony charge you can't pepper spray someone without cause its still assault. WTF is wrong with people trying too become famous.
it occurse when theres both an incentive for it and lacks repercussion for it. this is meainly a reinforcement problem that is lacking.

There are cues that you need not ignore. When a man says, "I got you," "itte bet" "say less" or "stay right here I'll be back" don't Infact be there when he gets back.
Wanting to intimidate someone over that with a gun is another level of evil, entitlement! He def always got his way as a child and was never taught to respect. Scary

@@NoRockinMansLandYeah which is why you don’t mess with people. These guys showed up armed with mace and a gun cuz they knew their behavior could provoke a bad response.
@NoRockinMansLand Still, pulling a gun out was unnecessary. If anything, what she was trying to do was push them away from her and her boyfriend so they could stop.
Ontop of this, they continued to antagonize the two and used pepper spray on them. When the two tried to leave the confrontation, they followed them and continued to antagonize.
Apparently, before this, they were following the couple for over 30 minutes.
They were fully aware of what would happen and they wanted that reaction. They even laughed about it and said "pretend you Don't know what's going on" when the police arrived
I don't think it's scummy for pushing back at someone antagonizing you.
"Talk shit, you're gonna get hit."
It's not a shitty thing to do, it's called "consequences of your actions."
Brandishing a firearm in public outside of self defense is a felony in many states
In every state, if I'm not mistaken
they DONT PLAY IN VEGAS!!
Let's see:
1. Assault and battery: pepper spray
2. Brandishing
3. Death threats, multiple
4. I dunno, terrorists threats maybe?
5. Being a waste of carbon?
Resisting arrest, assaulting a police officer.
I like number 5️⃣ 👍

"Sir please dont hurt me!!"
- "gangsta" said calmly after pepper spraying a woman
And pulling what looks like a lego gun.

That's a casual experience in Ohio when it's not being recorded.
The way she was just casually saying My face is burning.

The Ohio Final Boss ate my gold.
All Gold was mine
I love how dude that tried to defuse it said, "ok, i got you!" He walked away, and then a few moments later... "THAT'S THEM OFFICERS!" 😂😂😂
They were saying act cool, but it was obvious the officers were looking specifically for them.
They threatened to shoot him too sooooo what did you expect? He isn’t gonna be neutral after that
That was all good, but you also hope that people walking by would use their cell phone to make a call to the police real quick. Cell phones seem to be useless in preventing crime because no one wants to make a call.
@@corys7604 his reaction was correct. But it was surprising that he was able to find a cop and have them arrested within 2-3 minutes.
@@angryox3102 He looked like a local. If he was, he would know where the cops are. The strip has them everywhere.
He didn’t only insult them when he got up in their face, He flipped them the bird simultaneously. That may just be a hand gesture but it stops being “just a hand gesture” when it’s inches from your face and you do it in a closed knuckle format.
They were following this couple and harassing them for 30 mins before that woman smacked the camera out of their hand. They stalked and harassed this couple and then terrorized them when they got a response. This is what Kick streamers do, they just go in public and cause a nuisance.
If that is true it makes the womans reaction to them 100% more undeerstandable.
As without that info she seems kind of like an aggressive person assaulting them for bothering them.
@@gucciguy3408it doesn’t matter whether the prior statement is true. He was unnecessarily too close for comfort regardless if he was following for 30 minutes or he had just walked up.
Alot of them are absolutely distasteful, but this isnt a kick streamer thing. These are just streamers that thought theyd get away with these things on kick. Nampa(the streamer here, not the camerman) was originally on twitch. Hed get 10-50 viewers avg just moving around japan and he seemed alright then. Hes deleted all his vods, and is/was now obv arrested. These people just make kick look bad for trying to be less restricting than twitch
@@EthelJung-j5w I think one of the biggest issues we have here is people believe that the cameraman in your face for 30 minutes in a public location is illegal, it isn’t. Her behavior constitutes battery which is a misdemeanor and can carry penalties ranging from a fine to jail time. Once the male entered the situation and was maced it elevated the situation to self-defense, the male continued his advance in the menacing manner which required an elevation of forced to stop a potential threat leading to the drawing of a firearm. This is all still legal behavior, even if we don’t like the events that lead up to it.
Now before you come for me, lol. EVERYTHING AFTER is pure Stupidity and indefensible in the court of law. They break multiple laws from brandishing a weapon, assault with a deadly weapon (threats not actually hurting anyone), and if Las Vegas have any local ordinates that can be used for disturbing the peace. You can throw that in there as well. These are felonies and can literally destroy these young men lives.
@@RobLee_II that isn’t illegal in a public location you move away in that situation or you go to a private business or TV location videotaping is a first amendment protected activity it doesn’t give anyone the right to assault/battery a person.
Don’t get me wrong. The camera was wrong after they drove the weapon on civilians and deserves to be arrested, but the initial altercation which were instigated by them should not have elevated to a physical of the cameraman that is illegal behavior.

Instigating this situation and then pulling the gun has got to be the dumbest idea ever. That's an epic level of stupidity.

What’s even more disturbing is how in the live chat they were calling the woman a “whore” in different variations. The fact that these actions can garner so much support is enough to shut the whole thing down.
Society doesn’t need any more of these platforms to exist.
Yeah, it’s depressing seeing how vile some people are. Having a space where they can interact with likeminded freaks and say violent/disturbing things with no repercussions just normalizes that behavior unfortunately.
@@liv8288 they very likely stream on Kick where anything like this goes. You just described america.
I live in Vegas, one thing for sure, dont commit crimes on the Strip. The cops there dont fuck around when it comes to protecting the flow of tourist money into its casinos. Nevada also has laws that will ban anyone for life from the Strip if arrested. They will arrest first, then remove you from the Strip and then you can speak.
And how they changed up when the police showed up is just sickeningly cowardly.
100% of the time tough talk becomes crying for mommy as soon as consequences come.
LVMPD has cameras *ALL OVER* the strip crossings. It's not just his cameras they'll be using, but those as well, and they've got that 4K security camera money.
Facts. I was just in Vegas at that same part of the strip, too. There was a fire alarm going off cuz some one pulled a flase alarm or something, and the whole strip was going off and playing an intercom message that it wasn't an emergency it was a false alarm. People forget the whole strip is basically like one giant connected mall. They got cameras, alarms, security, and cops EVERYWHERE on that street. There's no hiding if you F around over there.
With the quality audio they provide, that must be slam dunk.
And Vegas has been tightening up on this shit so they about to get a nice 5-7 for brandishing and terrorthreats to cause harm
You can even see in the video where there are signs warning about the cameras
Sheeet they don't even need extra cams when these people are dumb enough to record their own crimes. And the nicer buildings got better than 4k with facial recognition.

This isn't true. You are allowed to do those things she escalated first. Him pulling out the gun was the serious issue. He is a dumbass for that.
Gaslighting
The camera guys totally provoked the entire situation. It’s clear that the guy in pink was not an aggressor in the whole scenario. They were chasing after them, threatening them and brandishing a firearm! They need to be in jail.
That probably progressed pass brandishing to actual aggravated assault. Brandishing is just flashing it, he actually threatened to shoot them (and pepper sprayed them) while being the aggressor.
