- As much as I love to get out on the trail, this lil patch of earth I get to call my own needed some attention.
Come hang out with me as I clean up after digging out a bunch of old plants to make space for my favorite grounding and yoga corner. Digging, raking, challenging yoga postures, and of course, bare feet.
You don't have to get outside to reap the benefits of grounding.

you are getting better and better! i LOVED the ASMR voice over on this, instantly pacified and relaxed me. you seemed a lot more comfortable in this art piece. do you feel more at ease filming? how do you feel with your feet in the filming process? the pedi was so cute! and the jewellery really suits you ❤ i loved how relaxed and at peace you seemed once you got your mat down, really seemed like you got your safe space back! also thank you for being comfortable with us enough to be okay with getting dirty (i'm sorry you felt uncomfy with the wet patch on your butt) this video really helped my week feel a little calmer, you're incredible at that. i'm gonna put this on in the background to sleep to the soothing voice work. thank you so much for your love and dedication, it really comes across xo
Ayy Bella thank you as always! I’m definitely improving in both comfort and skill (I’m self teaching with iMovie, zero background at this) with the audio presentation. I love the layering of multiple audio in this one and am so happy to hear the effect was received as desired! Hopefully better equipment soon to enhance the ASMR effect (there’s a ton of subtle road noise in this one I’m sure you noticed, need a better mic 😩).
I don’t really think of my feet in the filming process- although as a thank you to all the foot loving subscribers I’m definitely toying with new vantages of my yoga practice to better accommodate. They are there and a part of the story, as I do wish to emphasize the health benefit of grounding and barefoot living, but it’s not like a vulnerable thing for me. It’s first nature at this point to be barefoot.
Where I balk is in making eye contact with the camera - especially when speaking it’s like my whole energy field closes up… Still working on it but I must admit the sudden growth of the channel is an interesting dynamic- I’m both building confidence and also more shy than ever all at once lol. Will just keep trucking along at it and sharing my stories, surprised and thrilled that y’all seem to dig it so much!
@@groundedash mics can be really expensive ughh. on the plus side the current equipment is still effective at ASMR so in the meantime all is good (road sounds and all) i find it really endearing and in a way admirable when you treat the foot lovers, super cute, i hope they enjoyed this one and the new pedi and jewellery 🥰. being comfortable on camera is so difficult, i suppose it gets better over time and with more appretiation from fans, eye contact is gonna be so hard 😭 i hope your confidence grows, i thoroughly enjoy your videos and look forward to each adventure (even if i'm selfish and just look forward to each ASMR tingle hehe) thanks for the reply sweet! x

Haha I’m glad you liked it! Large or small, flexibility/ mobility need to be trained. I don’t have these abilities by some magic lol, it takes a lot of practice, and I have been at it for well over a decade
