ASH! it is so lovely to see you. i really love gardening ASMR so i feel like this one was made for me 🤣 it was so nice seeing you take such loving care of your green little ones, you were so thoughtful. also i adored your outfit in this, i love wearing a good dungarees (especially around the booty) and it looked super practical too! also thank you so much for showing you getting mucky, i really appreciated your thoughts on touching bare soil and feeling connected and healed, grounding seems like it isn't just through the feet. speaking of, i loved that you wore a toe ring, i've mentioned before how rare it is to watch a grounding gal that also looks after her feet. the ending made me laugh, i don't know if the foot folk turn away when they're dirty but like it or not a girl has to put her feet up hahaha. hope i didn't bore you too much! hope the baby shower went great with the beautiful gifts. huge love hun!

Thanks as always for your attention to detail and listening to what I'm speaking on- I'd really love to drive home the point that grounding in fact is not simply a feeling or a mental practice, and has nothing to do with the feet at all, rather is an electrical term. Getting our bodies electrically grounded as often as possible is as vital to our health functioning as movement and food.
I go barefoot when I'm gardening too. Nothing like feeling the warm earth underfoot.
I especially like it after a good rainfall. I love feeling the mud under my feet & oozing between my toes!

On the other hand, humans have evolved barefoot and the feet are well-equipped to handle any problems they might encounter on the ground. Aside from accidentally stepping onto something that might be painful (e.g. a Lego) you’ll be fine. In fact, it’s much healthier to go barefoot, than to let your foot sweat inside your shoe, creating a dark, damp and warm environment, perfect for the growth of bacteria and fungi.
Aside from that, your average modern shoe is too narrow for the human foot, meaning it will compress and eventually deform your foot causing all kinds of issues.
➖ I discovered this pleasure of walking barefoot since at the age of 3 (in 1962), which I still have even now !
This is true and by going barefoot I have self healed many ailments. There’s a time and place for everything. I have also given myself many injuries from walking barefoot- broken and cut toes, plantar fasciitis, bruising, and rashes from plant life exposure. Humans evolved to make and use tools, and shoes were amongst the first human made tools for a reason. We just need to make healthier ones now that we understand foot physiology better. Balance in all things ☯️
Dear @@groundedash , I am a more special (rare) case. I don't like to wear shoes (any type of footwear or anything on my feet). For me, in bare feet life is much better (healthier, happier and more comfortable) than in shoes ... being allergic at them (sometimes even panic attack) !
Only in winter, when the snow is too big, I wear my old flip-flops. But never boots, boots or white sports shoes.
I did my wedding in bare feet, me Dinu and my 💖 Mary ... 🦶🏻🦶🏻+🦶🏼🦶🏼 !

Those poor beautiful cuttings 6:33 look so sad in that pile. Poor babies. I would have rescued them.
I know. She produces more than I can process.
I feel terrible that I let her grow so wild between trimmings, and I will try to stay more on top of it
Moving forward. I did compost the trimmings, they will continue to nurture the land here.

Aw, I'm sorry to hear that! Here SoCal summer is as SoCal summery as ever lol. My AC had to get replaced which made for a rocky start 🥵 But I'm staying cool now with a new unit and taking kiddos to the pool and water park- living it up! 🥰
