This looks so good. ❤️ One recommendation/tip.. I separate the egg whites from yolk (I add yolk to wet ingredients) and whip it until Snow White before incorporating it. Makes my pancakes fluffier.
That is also what makes waffles fluffy. Do that, but use a waffle iron, (delete the sugar and increase the oil so the waffles won’t stick to the waffle iron). I use a Belgian waffle iron.
