Airstream really needs to offer theater seating as an option to the dinette. EVERYONE wants some type of comfortable sofa/chair to relax in when inside!
Totally Agree. I can eat with a plate on my lap in a recliner. Or outside on fold out table. SIts why we sold our Lance same layout as this. Need a recliner after long days of driving.
If you want luxury airstream is not for you but if you want something that holds its value and is something you can leave to your kids than it fits that description they build quality to last the other folks build luxury that drops to nothing in value and has more leaks to fix can you can imagine till you buy one it goes back to the old saying you get what you paid for and with airstream you get quality build that isn’t a headache to constantly work on like the other stuff
I really wish RV manufacturers would rethink range/stove top placement. Only leaving a couple inches to the wall doesn't give enough room for many pots to sit on the burner properly, not to mention the direct heat impacts the contents on the other side of the wall. Just even 3 extra inches would make all the difference. Nice presentation.
I remodeled my airstream My stove top is gas on one side and electric on the other On the electric side I turn it around backwards to give myself the bigger area Give me some space between the spice rack that's built into my walls
The wood after less than 4 years next to my stove started showing serious signs of wear just from the occasional wiping down with a soft dish sponge. It’s not just room, it’s resale value, they don’t even put a side splash there to protect the wood.
Anthony is a "fountain of knowledge" regarding Airstreams. This trailer is beautiful, light and airy. Does not seem claustrophobic at all. Airstream of DFW has all the accessories and a great indoor showroom. Can't wait to get one.
For 100k, not bad at all. Clean bedroom for lounging/sleeping and a dining section for entertaining. Would be an interesting way to see America for sure. Never owned or used an RV. Nice to step out of your comfort zone every once a while.
there's a substantial aftermarket for used airstreams, you can pick one up for under 30k, completely revamp the interior and have a beautiful unit if you put the time into it.
Ceangaso, they do a lot of things right, but there is a THOR attitude that permeates their design. No innovation, they are trading on their name. Yes, I want another one… just want a few improvements.
@1:39. I'm pretty sure you can't keep driving with a blown tire. It will tear apart and you will drive on that rim. I will say, you have control at highway speeds to safely pull over and replace that wheel. Nice travel trailer and great review.👍
Why does it STILL have just a 1000w inverter? I had my old one replaced and it cost me under $200., but the dealership wanted $3000 to replace it. That’s just cruel!
I agree with you … quite a few manufacturers whose trailers are WAY less costly have gone to 2-3kw inverters… Winnebago, Geo pro …etc. no excuse for Airstream to not at least be able to offer the same thing
1000W inverter isn't enough nowadays, neither is the solar power - battery combination. That being said, I do love the practicality, and those wheels just look so, so, SO much better than the other spoked ones, they just fit the overally styling better.
The craftsmanship on this model and all Airstream travel trailers is second to none. But the claustrophobia factor is too much for me given the price of this unit. Probably the best travel trailer, from a construction standpoint, just not enough bang for the foot print buck in my opinion.
Is that tiny round mirror in the bathroom, the only mirror that is in that bathroom? And also, is there a full length mirror on the inside of the closet door?
Newell #1747 is nicer than most Luxury hotel penthouse suits. and looks bigger than the micro 3 bedroom, sticks and bricks home I grew up in until 10 yrs old. Outstanding quality by the Newell team. Great video Andrew!
I sure like this model- size wise. I’ll be traveling solo- but I do need a desk space. The dinette probably wouldn’t cut it. Have you ever known someone to get a twin model and convert the extra bed into desk space? Otherwise I might have to go up to a bigger floor plan.
@@kingslender1874 I saw the FC 25’ & 27’ have a desk option. The FC 30 has a separate office. I’ll probably go with the 25’. I don’t need much size- just a dedicated desk space. Right now I’m in a Jayco w/o a desk and it is awkward. I don’t need so many of the other options (tv, microwave, xtra air conditioner- nor the outside entertainment/kitchens etc.. other rigs have) I just need the desk. Thanks for replying
@Paul Harvey Archives I just paid attention to your you tube name. I was just thinking of Paul Harvey the other night while driving. I will have to start listening to your channel. It will bring back good memories. Did you know Paul Harvey?
Hi, why I don’t find any “international version “ on Flying cloud 23F in your official website? I ordered the 2023 regular version from one of your official dealer in Canada , otherwise I definitely would order this newly updated version!
I like the layout of Airstreams. I just don't like that it has to be towed. Stick 2 front seats and an engine in it and keep the length. They should make RV airstreams like they used to.
@@AirstreamofDFW I'm not talking about the Airstream vans. I'm talking about Airstream RV's like they used to make in 80's and 90's. It looks like the travel trailer but drivable. I bet they'll sell well. Not everyone can afford to buy a tow vehicle and the travel trailer, but they still want the classic look of the Airstream. Just a thought.
Love this and looking forward! I work from home, and now am ready to sell and live remotely too! What are the chances of putting a corner desk next to bedroom, cutting dining set down with only a corner bench on the end by the door and smaller table? No need to convert to bed... Looking for office area where I can put a professional office chair possibly to tuck under. I work hours online running my company, and am loving everything about this for me...
If you remodel one yourself like I did You can say it up however you like I got rid of the master bedroom so I can have a large bathtub I converted the living area into my bedroom / living
Very nice but I don’t care for the placement of the convection oven at all!!! I don’t want to get on my knees to heat/cook things. That being said: If I could afford it I’d deal with it. Nice size & twin axles!
In my current camper mine is low too. Not ideal but Not the end of the world Either. If you’re willing to give up counter space you could always get one of those silverware caddies. They come in metal, wood, plastic and even woven. I feel there is always compromise and we pick and choose what’s important.
Is it really necessary to explain that an outdoor shower can be used to rinse off? Or that the awnings can block the sun and rain? Surprised that the power awning and solid countertops are unique to the International and not other models such as the Classic or Globetrotter. This is a nice little camper but really is just an impractical toy for most. Too small to be really useful...Can you even imagine four people camping and sleeping in this ?
Good video introduction to this model. That dinette upholstery looks very cheap and nasty looking - the rest is pretty good, but more solar, lithium batteries and 2000W inverter would be better - its 2023.
What is missing on this and all trailers I've seen are recliner, zero gravity chairs. Sitting up straight and laying down are both needed, but so is kicking back. Are you really going to get into a movie sitting in a booth with straight backs?
That silverware drawer is dumb as hell. Yes. Let me BEND DOWN to get a spoon and fork. Thats not gonna work if you're old. MIGHT want to rethink that space boys.
300W of solar? Nowhere near enough to run all the stuff that’s in there. Microwave in such a small space? Do people realize they have to be least 5’ away from them things when it’s running? The finition INSIDE the sliding cabinets up above isn’t flush with the wall It’s overall waaay too crowded, considering it’s a 23’… Are these winter-insulated? They SHOULD be for THAT price. I don’t want to sound negative but I’ve seen DIY-ers who made better use of less space in basic vans. I really don’t care for the tiny (what is that, a 24x24?) shower, feeling they should have gone with a wet bathroom instead. All that wood is weight Tv, stereo? Who watches tv when out camping? Slap the cross the back of the head!
Airstream interior design is a massive turn-off. the iconic outside is seriously compromised by interiors that seem designed to trigger the onset of incurable depression. I want Mexican, I want wooden floor, I want a solid wood worktop in the galley, I want the option of exciting upholstery for the seating around the table - and so on and so forth. instead, what we got is drab, drab, drab, at nauseam.
I watched about 5 minutes and between the high pressure feel of the presenter and him saying that you could simply drive with a blown tire, I found this to be unwatchable.

Love this floor plan! Thank you for the walk around video!
very good RV video, he made it flow nicely and I never lost interest.
Thanks for watching!
excellent demonstration
Would fall apart on our outback roads in Australia.
The laminated dinette backs basically disintegrate and pull apart from the frames under any type of rough road conditions.
I do like the rear bath... Nice looking trailer
My favorite floor plan but I would ditch the dinning booth for 2 captains chairs with table in middle ...hint hint Airstream. :)
I have been asking them for that for two years
Please tell airstream they need to go with a 2000 inverter!!

Well presented and very well delivered. 😊
Magnificent! I’m an International fan! One day… I like the RB better than the FB. Do they still make a RB?
love the layout does this layout come in a 25fb, i would like a smaller dinette with a designated living/couch room

Best from a construction point would easily be an Oliver trailer. Sadly, their largest model is only 19'
Very nice storage area. Anyone can see what you got in it. 🤔 . . It's see through. Remember that when you have company coming over.
Nice tour
I was just noticing the gaps in the cabinet interior - is that normal? Wouldn’t you lose small items in those gaps?
Is that tiny round mirror in the bathroom, the only mirror that is in that bathroom? And also, is there a full length mirror on the inside of the closet door?
Where are the window screens?
Did we get a price?
How can I find out the prices???
정말 맛진 제품이네요

I understood from another video that the awning cannot be used in rain.
