How about an update on your purchase? I tend to think prices are all over the place within a few parameters, so I don't worry too much about it when viewing. Of course I'm not going to look at a 25' trailer expecting it to cost the same as a 20 footer.
Love the lay out and the colors but favorite is the kitchens classy design, those subway tiles are the best and a lg pantry/mudroom next to the door. Great Construction! Great Features! Very Nice , well done
I like the floor plan, would have liked a better look at the outdoor kitchen. Would like to see this with a porcelain toilet, better shower door, heated/massage theater seats, dimmer switch for dinette, and auto leveling.
Great vid! We just bought a 2022 24rbs… we love ours … we do like the black fridge in this one better and the pocket door to the bedroom in this one better! But we absolutely love our RV and Jayco’s quality!
Great video. Nice looking unit. Only suggestions I would make is to include the over all weight, length, unloaded and loaded weight. And as mentioned above the price.
Copy that - 30' 8" long, 5815 dry wt and 7250 GVWR. Prices vary all the time. Currently MSRP is around 58k. Appreciate you watching / commenting. -Mike
Hey Mike I hope you're having a great day? I really like this Jayco Jay Feather25RB. One thing I wish that they would put in this unit is a electric fireplace space heater in it! The bathroom is very spacious an has plenty of storage. There is plenty of room throughout the trailer. If it doesn't have two air conditioners,I would option it with two. I do wish that the heat vents were in the floor but I know we can't have everything. The bedroom is amazing. Thank you Mike for showing us this Jayco Jay Feather an giving us all the information good and bad.Your number one fan an friend Leonard Nelson from North Carolina....
I hear you can get an electrical fire place for as low as $100 so you could set your own up and that's what I may do on the 21 MML model or the 173 MRB model.
Beautiful I love the black on the refrigerator and all over the place. I love the tile, backsplash and the bathroom. Everything is great and I like those windows but I wish you would’ve included the price, the weight and the length of the trailer. I’m pulling with a half ton and I need to know all that. OK I really really like it ❤
Love the shower size. You have plenty of room to wash your hair. Yes, I love the bk fridge. Is it magnetic front? I really like the practical storage under the dinning seat. The RV I have now requires lifting the seat cushion digging around. I use totes for my clothes, so using totes under her is awesome. Hard to find something wrong with this. I see them all over the roads so it must be good. Like see a LOT of cars in a restaurant parking lot. LOL
I have a 2022 265rl and storage doors under the dinette seats had the same square handles which we replaced with rounded ones because we kept banging our ankle on them. I like the roller shade on this new unit over the pleated shades my '22 has.
Greetings I like the faux subway tile backsplash the black fridge looks slick. The shower is a bit small for me and Jayco needs gas struts throughout. Another great job.
What does it look like in road mode? Loved all of the other information you provided with that and the weight and any optional info would be nice to have been included as well. Overall really nice unit
If this came with the washer dryer hook up it would be the most perfect travel trailer for me and my wife. We currently have a 2017 Forest River surveyor which is fine but we need a little more room and a washer dryer hook up!
Loving those black out shades! Having plywood instead of OSB is a major improvement! Ours has that awful OSB and with it comes splinters! We’ll worth paying for the upgrade. The kitchen is great! Counter space is well thought out. Overall a very spacious and beautiful RV. Makes our 2012 model look obsolete.🥴
Hi Mike. Always love learning about RVing with your videos. Can you send me a checklist as mention? I am new this year to our Jayco and would love a checklist to make sure I am not forgetting anything. What is the best way to get this? Thanks so much and again, love the videos...my wife thinks I'm crazy! LOL.
I want a double fridge freezer. To small a freezer. Black color is fine. I got two large dogs I raw feed. And I'd want washer dryer hookup. I still hate the dinette booth. Always have in any unit. Take up way to much space. Specially if just one or two ppl. Kids I can understand the need. So that should be a option. A cupholder tray in the chair works. Small thin table with bar stool something foldable stow away would work. And either make a Murphy bed or have it move and sit up. For a Murphy then room can be made for a "office". Or whatever. The tilt bed is needed for some ppl gives more floor space but many of us can't lay flat flat to sleep. And give option what size bed you want. Not all of us want a huge king taking up so much space.
Just curious, can the fridge fit through the door if you need to replace it? With labor charges North of $250 in places, its prohibitive to have to remove a slider to replace an appliance.
Why don’t they continue the backsplash onto the fridge box wall next to the stove? I see it like this all the time. The subway tile would be really nice on that wall next the stove and really be a benefit. All in all, really nice floor plan. Really nice unit.
I really would like to see shelves in the upper cupboards. And I also don’t like the table would rather have a non knee knocker table. Not two posts. Difficult for older people to get into the booth if they don’t knock their knees! Gas strut to hold over bed cupboard doors open.
Here's my input that might be usefull for the manufacturer. Of course, maybe if I stated what I'm using it for, and features I like. You might already have a configuration. Like you mentioned this is a couples travel trailer. It seems about perfect. However, if I would be traveling with a spouse. I bet I would not use the dining room for eating. Probably use a couple of oversize tray tables from Costco to use while sitting in the recliners. I would use the dining room area as a work space, I think. I'm 6'1"and big boned. It may not be that comfortable. 💡 Idea for manufacturer-future build. Make a useful functioning mini workspace configration. A desk, with a space for a printer, office supplies, little file drawer. Have household power outlets at opimal places. It should all fit within the dining room space. As another thought. If the spouse goes on a business trip with me. I might be a little annoyed if I was trying to work and they were watching TV. So the idea 💡 being. Younger Gen X buyers are actively still working/earning. But, doing it on our own terms. We can affort $60,000 for a mobile office. Transitioning into semi-retiring. But, we are a little more self-centered than previous generations. Think when the Sony Walkman introduced us to "personal entertainment." As opposed to entertainment watched or listened to as a family. We now appreciate our own private space and entertainment. Noise from spouses are more significant. We are the start of the earbud generation. Compare to Boomers who don't even realize that others don't want to listen to their You-Tube videos on speaker. Personal space is more of a thing now. Just a thought. I do like the more modern colors and the better quality than previous years.
I dislike the trend towards 12 volt refrigerators, I don't camp in a campground and have no plans to do so. The 12 volt fridge in my Cougar 26 RBS eats up the battery. Likewise, the tankless water heater is not good for anything but a campground with full hookups. The hot water tank is much better for off grid. Adding 400 to 600 watts of solar would be nice.
You need 400w of panels to Run the 12v fridge plus a little extra for light use of everything else. 600w your good. Tankless is great in parks but boondocking its terrible takes 50 seconds to get hot water
A truck big enough to readily pull 7250#, fully loaded. That would include most half ton pickups, however tow capacity is impacted by a number of things including engine size, tow package, 4x4 or 4x2, rear axle ratio,, and so on. If in doubt, give us a shout and we can look up the specific truck you are considering. -Mike
Why can't anyone make a luxury hotel room on wheels? That's the competition. Hotel or rv. I don't want a kitchen and I don't need tons of storage. I'm not moving . I hope anyway.
I love it and I’m going to buy it. I wish these videos gave us prices because I am a huge Jayco fan

Love how you give extra info on the unit’s inner structure .

Very Nice , well done

I'm glad I came across this video that's a pretty nice RV. Love the drawers by the bed that's always extra storage
Great floor plan.
Going to pick my jayco up tomorrow! So excited!!! Love jayco🩵

Love the black fridge.

Love the fridge color😊
Love the way you explain stuff , you are good at your job!!😎👍🇺🇸I wish you were close to our home here in Anderson , lndiana.
Love the shiny black fridge!😊

Which material is used to construct the cabinet frames, drawers and counters?
I just purchased a 25 rb. I don’t like how the black tank flush is right above your drinking water connect!!

Can u add a small washer n dryer
What is the switch under that extension piece of the counter for?. (at the 21:20 time mark)
All black trim though out, good for me!
A nice floor plan - now they need to offer it in a twin bed version
Nice what's the dry weight and length ?

Good question of newbies like myself.
I agree..fireplace than storage is way better..otherwise this is a great stylin camper...we love dry docking..could use a trash can space..
Hello Mike I'm max from New Mexico by chance do you guys do anything for wheelchair compatible

you better have the black valve open when you are flushing the tank

I have a 99dodge ram 1500 can I pull
I had a bad experience with Goodyear tires and would never use them again, so that would be a deterrent from buying a TR to me.
That shower door is a deal breaker for me - is there an upgrade available for a price ?
What was the average cost on that one ?
25 RB
Yeah struts or locking hinges on ALL cabinets.
How much?
I need a murphy bed!
You might check out the Jay Feather 21MML. Great floorplan with a Murphy Bed. -Mike
@@VogtRVWorld Yesir that is correct that's the one !
nice
Would 1500 pull it
Blue light is HORRIBLE for us after sundown. It disrupts sleep. Why have none of the RV makers heard of this? Not one of them 😂🤣
Ahhh, an antenna booster doesn’t sent power to the antenna, it sends power to an inside signal amplifier which boosts whatever the antenna receives.
I would love to buy one. But buying one is how much a month. People told me it's like buying a home.
Yeah that's what I'm wondering I saw 1 at an RV dealership while going down the road looked nice but probably has a nice tag😮
All these upgraded features, but a short queen bed? No sale.....
👍
Cost ?
MSRP as of May 2023 is around 58k.
Tankless water heathers are a nightmare.
Can we get the fridge with an ice maker please!!!!🧊

MAJOR DETAIL ADDITION FOR VIEWERS *
STARTS AT $58,000 .can be for less. So "decidedly less" it cannot be said. *
That would be the MSRP. This trailer can currently be purchased for decidedly less than MSRP. Thx for the comment. -Mike
Nice to know.
Needs fireplace
I agree, love fireplaces. The White Hawks have 'em. -Mike
Steps are in the way for handicap people.
I like this rig but wish it had a panty and a little less Bathroom to accommodate that.
