    I’ve had chronic lower back pain for 2 years. Nothing has helped me more than doing barbell deadlifts but with very slow progressive overload from a very easy starting point eg. Barbell only. Prior to that I was doing all the McGill Big 3 stuff and various physio prescribed stuff with very little success. Were all built differently but that has worked wonders for me.
