Duskwood is an Alliance territory sitting between the four corners of Stranglethorn Vale, Elwynn Forest, Westfall, and Deadwind Pass. It's heavy atmosphere is a love letter to all things that go bump in the night, a work of art in the tradition of vigilance portrayed as hopelessness amid an overwhelming feeling that there just might be something behind you. It's always dark here, always gloomy here, not one ray of sun has broken through the oppressive canopy of treetops towering above everything in the forest, giving the creatures of the night a place to feast on unknowing travelers. Only the Nightwatch of Duskwood and a few brave adventurers dare walk the roads to and from the town of Darkshire, ever vigilant in their endeavors despite what they can not see lurking nearby.
