I think her being Australian it might be really hard to find all the ingredients for every Mexican foods. I’m from south Texas so I have no issues but I imagine it is really hard on the other side of the world

If you ever want to try more Mexican food on your own, I recommend to look up some recipes for Pozole, Chilaquiles, Frijoles Charros, or Asado de Puerco with tomato rice. I’m sure you’ll love them! 🤗🤗
All of the recipes look so good. We live near LA area and in our neighborhood we have someone come around with a push cart selling a corn street food dish called esquite. It has corn, butter, mayonnaise, cheese and optional dusting of chile powder. It's so good.
Esquites are amazing! I love them :) you can also found them by “elote en vaso” (corn in a cup), thats what they call it in the northern states of Mexico, usually with sour cream instead of mayonnaise. Also they usually have chili powder “del que no pica” (not spicy) and regular :)
