The reality is that when foreigners come to our land, their primary motivation is often self-interest, not the desire to help build our communities. As Africans, our inherent kindness and trust have made it easier for them to establish themselves here and take advantage of our resources.
We must recognize that "there is no such thing as a free lunch" and reject those who come under the guise of "helping us build Africa." Africa belongs to us, and it is solely our responsibility to build it. The truth is, no nation has ever truly prospered from foreign investment. The so-called first-world countries are either built on resources looted during the colonial era or rely on self-sustaining economic models that prioritise their own interests.

It's 2023 now and I just saw a (black) woman on Twitter post one of those videos, saying that she bought it for her birthday. It's insane to me that people are still sooo ignorant about this. Even if they haven't seen this documentary before, don't you find this weird?? It's scary to think what kind of insane shit is happening on this planet and none of us know about it.
Huge respect to the lady in this documentary and her friends/co-workers who figured so much important information out.

I just saw this for the first time and IMMEDIATELY what hit me is CHINA does nothing by accident. As an American who just pays attention, China has been getting their claws into Africa in all sorts of ways. We know its not for humanitarian reasons. THEY HAVE AN AGENDA. These vile videos are being used for "entertainment" and also in my opinion accustomizing the Chinese people to think little of Chinese TAKING NATURAL RESOURCES FROM AFRICA AND ALSO POSSIBLY ACQUIRING A CHEAP LABOR FORCE AS CHINA'S POPULATION has decreased.

Slowly Africa is rising from its slumber and will surely be proud to raise her head up again and the only way we can do that is to build ourselves 1st and lets others come to us not us going to them just like the Chinese did. Painful to achieve because we rely so much on the west previously now its the east. If our forefathers know what we new generations know now about these foreigners i doubt they would have let them near African shores. As a young African, my heart bleeds when I see this level of arrogance and exploitation done by FOREIGNERS right on OUR OWN LAND. It is sad that we allow these crooks to target the weakest of the weakest on our rich and lovely continent. Although some of these occurrences are fairly rare in my country (KENYA) I still can't get my sleep when our children in places like MALAWI, ZAMBIA, and CAMEROON are abused by RACIST CHINESE in the name of FOREIGN AID. I lead YOUNG AFRICANS in condemning these unprovoked acts of violence and aggression. You might be having your money (many of which you STOLE FROM US) but you must allow us to have our DIGNITY. Our children must be protected from such CRIMINALS at all costs. I am infuriated and THIS MUST END. Africa has survived for millennia without 'CHINESE AID' we can and we will make it as ONE AFRICA. I hope this video will spread and create awareness especially among African leaders. They need to stand up and defend the dignity of the fellow black people they lead. we need to put our people first. Never would I have thought that such dark things were happening off-camera and behind the scenes, and ashamed at myself for not noticing the underlying racism in such videos. Disrupting public order and being “uncivil” is a criminal offense in China so it’s good to see action being taken. However, people subjecting themselves to public humiliation due to extreme poverty says a lot about how we are taking care of our own people. Unfortunately Lu Ke and other Chinese are not the only ones doing this. Our people are being exploited by foreign media, individual celebrities, kids trying to beef up their college resumes, missionaries, and NGOs every day. You can see NGOs showing the worst of the worst on their ads for donations all time in the US and Europe and celebrities parading around adopted African children like accessories.
