Now is a great time to find an affordable AirBnB in Punta Cana. We found this one at a great price. The area was quiet and the apartment itself was of very high quality. That place is of better value and quality than what I rented in Sosua. ( Beach front, 3 bed room 2-1/2 bath, pool, $113 pr night) and I only had one TV. Ocean View Village. Pricing varies.

Si... One TV. I guess I was paying for the property having close proximity and view of the private beach, large children's play area, on grounds restaurant and security. I had to check one of the guards for hitting on my wife and asking my daughter for food.
My wife said he's a little off.

We rented here November 21 - December 21 / 2020. We loved it here .
Yes, it is an awesome place. Very quiet and close to everything.
We paid$1300 American dollars plus electricity not included.
Thats sounds about the same if you stayed 31 days that's about $41 per night. Except you had to pay for electricity. We got a 13% discount for a longer stay.

Near playa publica on a street called avenida it was motorcycles taxis dudes who was doing motorcycle taxis

Nice and cozy place .. but the most important - seems to be a quiet and safe area .. also didn't notice any motorcycles passing by as take-off jets .. which is usually the very first thing that wakes you up early in the morning in the DR :)))

Yes it was very quiet. Where my mom lives the rooster wake you up in the morning...lol

Beautiful apartments. But there is a trade off, not so safe walking those side roads late at night. Plus those apartments like most in that area have water filtration issues. But you did a wonderful job with this video. And I enjoy your other videos too.
Who walks side streets late at night anywhere and feel safe? This isnt exclusive to DR. It is very safe to walk the streets here. If people have to be told to take precautions walking anywhere at night means they don't have common sense. As far as water, there is a water issue all over the island and its not recommended to drink water from the faucett. None of this is a trade off its life here in DR. Enjoy it!

Norberis, wow what very beautiful condo! All amenities are high end, the rooms are more then adequate, and every thing included for $35.00 per day? Is that the regular market rate or a special rate for a renowned vloger! I own a condo in Myrtle Beach SC on the beach and it's beautiful, but I must admit it doesnt look like your Airbnb! Heck, when I'm in country, I usually reside in Santo Domingo and I probably pay $50-65 day. Trust me the hotel room doesn't look like that either! Thank you, well done and I truly enjoy your work.
Lol...unfortunately I don't know anyone here yet...so this was the going price. Since I booked for 10 days there was a 13% discount off the regular price. I know its because of COVID I was able to get a good rate. I dont believe on a normal day this would be the case.

@@NorberisR In Hiquey it took me a while its a private owned condo..God is good..the owner is from The DR and loved what I do for women and children and what my plans are for the DR so since u were in a different area months ago when we first spoke I had to act like a CEO and dig and rearch and be creative..I dont have a CEO salary...Not yet..I didn't get the title for money its a Godly vision..but I never thought Hod would connect me to do work internationally..so all those things I talked about to u..they are true plans...and u will see...Hope to meet u ...one day..once I prove to u I am a business woman and very creative... Just not used to RUclips yet..but oh well.

I think is going to be difficult to find month to month rental. Because that is not the normal for locals. You will have to rent through Airbnb.

Search for Eden Caribe en El Cortecito. There are some nearby Dominican communities about 10 to 15 minutes away like Fruisa and Pueblo Bavaro.

The beach was a 7min walk. Don't think that this place is still $35 a night 3 years later. This was recorded during the pandemic.

Its about 15 mins from the airport and a 5 to 7 min walk to the beach.
Wow, RUclips must employ wizards, because I’m in an *extremely* similar apartment in Bavaro, but it sounds like you’re paying half of what I am (booked for 4 weeks) and I’m also paying for electricity.
I’d love to get a ‘Norberis’ tour. For some reason I imagine that you’re around the block from me.
You should also point out that there is presently a 9pm curfew, and that the restaurant Citrus is great.
I'm getting familiar with the area myself, so I wouldn't be a good tour guide...lol! I haven't eaten at Citrus so there is no reason for me to say it's great....maybe I will check it out while I'm here.
