Rest in peace, Gunnar Ernblad (Swedish voice of Igor and the narrator).

None of us is probably qualified to judge these credits objectively since nostalgia plays huge part in favor for whatever version you heard as a kid.
However, I'm still gonna say the Finnish ones are the most badass (especially the opening!). The Finnish dub didn't try that much to mimic the original, but created it's own characters instead. I think Igor especially sounds very sinister in the Finnish dub. Also, the Finnish dub created a diligently articulate yet still absolutely cuckoo-sounding gentleman with his very own intonation and style, the best version of count Duckula out there (imo)!
    Go, kreivi Duckula!

Interesting how in the German version seems its Duckula himself singing the song?

Same for the Swedish version - Andreas Nilsson (the Swedish voice of Duckula) sings both intro and outro.

Maybe because in Czech, German, Finnish, Swedish etc it IS him singing
