I agree that it fits you proper rich even at 45mm. I love the details and this red but its expensive but I guess its all about what someone has in their collection and what this nostalgic car tribute means to that individual. I love cars but for me this is out of my price range. Ironically, I'd opt for the gold edition if I could because a real gold watch makes sense to me for this specific type of watch. American made is a huge allure by the way, guess I have to save up for the gold. Great video sir.👍
Whether or not I'm a fan lf the car that inspired it, I can easily appreciate the design features that relate to this and the era of car design it refers to. I can really get behind the concept and the execution. What lets it down is the size and price. While I appreciate what looks big will differ per person. To me the watch looks huge on you on the picture you showed. Not strange, because it's defintily an oversized watch. That kind of fits with the concept too, but it means I thankfully dont have to pause on the price to see if i'd really want one someday. At this size it's an immediate pass. Perhaps making it a dainty 36 would not suit, nut I'd be curious about pulling off a 40mm. That would also likely appeal to a wider audience in general.
This is different yet cool. That dial is beautiful
I share your perspective, Stephen.
When i woke up this morning 🌄 i needed a Coffee themed watch .
Hi, JJ. Me too. ☕️👌
Good looking watch. Very nice dial and the domed crystal really sets it off. Enjoyed the introduction. cheers
Agreed and thanks, James.
Cool piece. My first car was a '56 Bel Air
Oh wow that is a coincidence and very cool, Greg. Sounds like you might have sold it.
@@whatsonthewrist I got into Porsches. 😉
Well who can blame you? I’d love the 959, one day maybe.
Those other color ways are so nice!
Good to see you back, buddy 😎
Yes, it’s definitely been a minute for me. That surf green is heavily weighing on me. Thanks and enjoy the weekend, brother. 🍻
@@whatsonthewrist Yes sir...enjoy your weekend as well!
I like the date complication but if were looking for a watch with this aesthetic, I’d probably go with the Nomos Autobahn.
The Nomos Autobahn is a nice choice. A little on the nose for my taste. I prefer this subtlety.

Nice point about the nostalgic effect. 👌

I get it. I wouldn’t mind an option in 41mm.
