Khal means 'chief'. There are several khals with their own "khalassar". Kings own land, outright. Dothraki don't: they share one place(Vaes Dothrak) amongst their own and are nomadic

There's a ton of information to absorb about this world and the political forces that drive everything. Fortunately it's fun and absorbing to watch, even if you don't worry about the details. Danearys is not used to riding horses, so the journey was very hard on her...If you don't realize, when you're not used to riding a horse, then you ride for long periods of time, you will be extremely sore and probably have blisters on your inner thigh/knee area.

Great reaction to Tyrion slapping some sense into Joffrey. That scene turned into a meme very quickly. It was long overdue and no one else was going to do it. Pity the lesson didn't last long, Tyrion might have been useful on the King's Road. Jon is a great brother to Bran and Arya, he's very supportive of his younger siblings.

My short 411 for this show is this : You might've came across the fact that the final season was hated by everyone & you're gonna get the occasional comments discouraging you from watching the show. My opinion is simple : fuck what people think, watch it yourself & form your own opinion. Even if you're disappointed at the end, I'll guarantee that you're still gonna go through an unforgettable ride before that. Sometimes it's the journey that counts more than the destination. Even now GoT reactions are still a sure fire way of getting your subs up. But also be aware that the GoT fandom can sometimes be pretty obnoxious & there's a lot of book purists who'll only watch just to nitpick & criticize everything. So if you get too deep into that wormhole, it'll take away the fun of actually watching the show. And finally, try not to binge. Give it a little time between each episode, as there's always a lot to process. This isn't a show that you should finish in a month.
