I like this non stream videos. You get to explain more what you are doing. And the talking is sort of more smooth an natural. Thx for this one. Was fun to watch.
My favorite way to play soloist is to pair him with some dancers like yellowhand and MAA. solo turn 1 get the damage up instantly and just spam fade to black / razors wit/ harvest until solo is off cooldown. I dont usually finale unless i need something dead instantly

@@Britishbratyeah the damage on just his basic attacks is still really high and the blind/dodge you can get off of them help maintain your damage on miss mechanic as well
The assistance encounter is basically the team arguing with each other, so why not make it more visual?
IMO the encounters should be similar to confessions where there is a structured fight but with no actual fighting, just interactions. This way by playing right you can create more interesting scenarios and reward smart decisions.
For example, by positioning your squad in a way that satisfies their needs like moving someone who wants to leave back to rank 4 making a leave action possible only from there, you can avoid losing relationships with that hero while still getting loot with the others.
Another example could be an effect like hunger where a hero REALLY wants to be rank 1 and steal for example, and you can choose to prevent it or let them do it.
The "enemies" could also be the actual people who would stand besides inanimate objects similar to how the confessions work. If they offer food there could be a cauldron, stagecoach items could be literal parts of a stagecoach etc.
Just think about how much diversity it could create. Maybe each round could consume torch so you can either quickly get what you need and get out or stay for more loot.
Quirks would actually do something like the clean freak negative quirk (forgot the name lol) would make that hero move back a rank in disgust, or greedy could make someone demand more items for the cost of relationship.
This also gives the late game an encounter to replace confessions. I really liked how they felt more like puzzles and now that I unlocked everyone's abilities I do feel like something similar is missing.
This is actually kinda great idea. I would love to see this stuff in the game.
Yea Stone mount and parrying patriach are both so good. Especially early in a run because they can save you a mastery point.
