So I bought the exact same OBD2 VEEPEAK scan tool and you did, and installed Dr Prius. After I plug in the scan tool and open the app, no bluetooth device is found. I have an iPhone, and I have enabled bluetooth in my settings. Any suggestions?
@@EnginesandElbowGrease I've found that I can use an Android with this device, but not my iPhone. I've tried every setting I can think of on my phone without success, but anyway I can use my wife's phone. Thanks for responding.
@@stephenwalker2195 I have an iPhone and it worked fine for me. Are you using an older iPhone that might not have as much compatibility as the newer phones?
Will it do a linear valve calibration on your brake system. Otherwise you're just wasting money on a piece of garbage when you can buy the actual text screen scanner for $25. This video is completely foolish and misleading to Prius owners you should take it down. Toyota mechanic

No, you have to have the app and a supported Bluetooth OBD2 dongle. The list of supported dongles is on the Dr Prius website.

There may be a setting on your iPhone to allow access to the Bluetooth device
