Karcher UK Service kindly gave myself an official video featuring the BD38/12C Scrubber dryer
I have added Red text to the steps i advise to be followed to ensure a great cleaning result.
The rubber bung and mesh bung ideally should not be pulled off the machine as they may become misplaced or damaged
