Mascon Leather - Хобби
I have so many projects I wanna do. I learned a lot from watching your videos. Thank you!
Perfect!!
Finally! Olivia!! I was fixin’ to ask the question presently!
👍👍👍
Love your videos…. I could watch all day!!
Thanks for that!!!
Excellent yet again.
Many thanks for taking the time to film and share.
Mack and Maggie, Yorkshire, UK.
Thanks! And thanks for watching!!
You are so much fun to watch, awesome work...☺☺
Thank you so much 😁
I received my bump jigs a few weeks ago. They’re awesome 🤙
Awesome!!! Thanks for the support!!
Beautiful tray! I love your key chain!!
Thanks!! And thanks for watching!!
A master at work. If you haven't checked out his website and are looking for leather goods do yourself a favor and look at what Mascon Leather has. You will not regret it! I like the new intro too. Looks great!
awe !!! Thanks!!!
That was a fun and simple one. Artie, before stitching and all the edge finishing, could you wet the leather and pre-mold the tray over a piece of wood. Seems that might help the shape instead of just folding it over a ruler. Just an apprentice asking the master. Give a scratch to Chloe for me. Cheers. Tom
Thanks!!! This is Dublin and CXL. They don’t respond as well to wetting as raw veg.
Hey I have a friend that want’s to meet Olivia!!!! Great video.
😆
Olivia is very shy.
Thanks for watching!!
Hello I like your wallets
And your videos
Where did you get those
Rivet cutting pliers?
Thanks
Aaron
I do need a trey for my bullets!. I like that small one
I love the small one!!
What do you use for your punch mat? It looks like a section of vinyl flap door material.
Beautiful! For me, the pinched corners are the way to go. Nice work on the vid, as always. I'm jonesing for Chloe. Just sayin. Thanks.
Oh snap!!! Chloe was out back chasing squirrels! 😆
Another awesome video Artie. Would we need to skive channels on the flesh side of each piece before we glue and sew? or is that overthinking it?
Thanks for the comment. For rhis style I don’t do channels. But in my 10oz+ I do v gouge the folds.
What, no Chloe?! dig the new intro ✌
Chloe was out back chasing squirrels. 😆
nice ..! How would you do an Ashtray for a cigar you know with some cigar holders on it. Would love to see a video on it
I did a pen holder / cigar holder. Pouch.
Could I put something between the layers to make a flatter base? Would I need to add to the measurements if so?
Give it a shot !
Awesome videos Artie,Love your particular style of work.Where are you from about?
Thank you for the videos.
USA
Работаю в вашем стиле, но с моими дополнениями. Есть такая-же кукла. Ее зовут Муся. Кстати, размер изделия не сказали.
Thanks for watching!
Awesome!! Love the folded corners. How did you get chromexl to burnish like that!!
Thanks ! Burnishing cxl is doable. But it takes 3 times longer than usual. Patience. Don’t give up
@@MasconLeather awesome. Going to have to get some to play with. Love Dublin.
Yes !!
You worked in a union shop haven't you ?
😆
Show de bola
Show ball?
@@MasconLeather "show de bola" means very nice in Portuguese.

Hi there! What size snaps to buy and where? Could you recommend please
These are rivets. 9 gauge
Marking the holes for the copper rivets, will those same holes work for line 24 snaps or is the placement different? Thanks
Yep! Same
@@MasconLeather thanks much
🤘🤘
I want this exact one you made in this video , do you have a website that you sell them premade ?
Nothing premade.
@@MasconLeatheris there a way to order this exact one from you sir ?id gladly pay
What is the name of that piece of metal that holds the leather?
Rivet
Hello from the swamp in South Carolina.
I have watched most of your videos and I see the "it's not mayonnaise " that burnish the rough side with. You mentioned that it was covered in one video, but I can't find it. Help me out. If it's not a trade secret, what is it?
Questions and answers video. 😉
@@MasconLeather Thanks for the civil reply, you could just as easily called me out for being a dumbass, or lazy, or unobservant, but you were kind with your response. Your wife has trained you better than my wife has trained me 😆
😆 thanks for that. And thanks for watching!
can it be done without the wrinkles?
My single layer trays (10 oz) have no wrinkles because I put a v gouge in the fold. So yes. But the wrinkles are part of the charm here.
What weight leather are the two pieces? 3 or 4oz each?
Dublin- 5oz
CXl - 4 oz
Thank you sir
🤘
Oh yes that tray is sexy nice work Now what cool things you going to come up with
My list is too long
You said it wrong. It's a "dice tray" 😊
😆
