Pajero's got excellent grunt, it feels powerful , with new tyres and clutch it'll become a beast.
I think fortuner is no comparison for pajero....
Old Gen Fortuner (the likes of my car) and Pajero Sport are almost at par with each other. Fortuner engine has better low end grunt while 4x4 hardware is similar in both cars. Both are reliable and true Japanese workhorses.
Happy to see Pajero in the lineup..with better Tyres & Ironman kit..it will be a tough nut to beat.

Anshuman Bhai, which is the better vehicle for offroading between Mahindra Thar and the new Force Gurkha explorer considering thar has rear diff locks and gurkha has both front and rear diff locks with company fitted snorkel. My budget is approx 11 lakhs. Also, would it be better to buy used 4x4 fortuner then the above 2 cars. What if I buy a new gypsy and add aftermarket lambda manual front and rear diff locks?
Bhaji this pajero sport is based on Mitsubishi triton pickup here in Australia.
All terrain tyres is all the pajero needs!! superb performance otherwise.

Softroader with independent suspension, with good amount of traction control modes, I'd expect it to be in league of Duster AWD . Won't pass my verdict before seeing the car in action.

Grand Vitara is good car for all terrain touring, not so good for offroading.
Anshuman Bishnoi Sir thanks for your reply. What if I upgraded the GV with Ironman suspension and MT /AT tires and other upgrades to make it a proper off-road weapon. Please advise.
Firstly GV is a crossover with independent suspension, that means zero articulation and as soon as one tyre from each axle loses weight car goes nowhere. Then, the body is so low and fragile, even with 50mm lift it will vulnerable....good for road, poor for offroad.

Santa Fe has same AWD as XUV-500 AWD.
This is I found very creative offloading videos on youtoobe .....So, it would be more wonderful to watch other SUV's , if possible , to show their sportiness like sanatfe , new discovery sport , and other nice cars .......👍👌💐🎂

i am the owner of ford endeavor 4x4 AT 2010 (35000 KM) DRIVEN
i was thinking too make my vehicle a capable off roader..
i was thinking to put
1) iron man suspension
2) lift 2 inches up
3) maxxis big horn tyres
4) front and rear full heavy metal bumbers.
5)can i put MLD is my vehicle
and sir its a request plzzzz u also doo suggest me some more things too make it a offroader

mohit kashyap I guess MLD is only available for very few model like of Mahindra. If u can then it would be the best mod ever on an Endeavor. Good luck.

You will get a lot of information here on your planned modifications. Points 1 to 4 can be done, regarding MLD, its not available officially for Endeavour, we are also exploring possibilities for fitting diff lock to Manish's Endy. Ill keep you updated if we are successful.
MLD is available for Thar(Old ones did not have it from Factory), Scorpio(old and new) and Safari(including Storme). Mahindra does not void the warranty on MLD installation, but Tata voids warranty MLD is installed in the car.
