    Another one not realised by some: If you press and hold the gear lever button when the car is in park and running, and press the start/stop button, you can turn off the engine but leave the accessories on.

    Holding down the dash light adjuster changes the whole dash between day and night mode so u can run headlights during the day without having everything dark and turns off all the a/c control lights.

    The center tray lid trick I did not know, and also the key fob thing, I think that feature has been removed in the newer models and you can now eject a compact key from your fob if it goes flat. My model is newer then yours and the little slot next to the shifter is a lot smaller, almost like a keyhole.
    So far loving the Pajero. Little bit concerned with all the electronic features so opted for the base model. A so underrated vehicle and the offroad capabilities are awesome. I was surprised what I went through with ease while other rear diff locked utes struggled through.

A much cheaper alternative to the Land Cruiser yet is the same sort of car with the body on chassis setup plus a better gearbox in my opinion. Only thing is do they have a cover that pulls out to hide the contents in the back ? Ive not seen one yet with this. I had a Subaru Outback a while ago with it and I liked being able to keep things from view.

    I recently hired a new Pajero Sports and my hubby took the FOBkey for a little swim in the ocean! It stopped working after two days…which we thought would happen. Now…my question is…Is there a way you can start the car using the emergency key? Can you remove the little cap where an ignition barrel would normally be and expose a barrel to insert the key? Maybe a stupid question but I thought I’d ask.

    • @T.A.G

      @DiscoFang 3 года назад

      Can't speak specifically for the Sport, but most Mitsubishis with the cap on the ignition barrel it can be removed by pressing the little button on the cap, then pulling it off. The emergency key within the key fob will turn in the igntion to release the steering lock. If you want to start it when the fob-battery is dead, you stick the fob onto the end of the key (it has a slot in the end of the fob).

    Wow, I've never seen a PS with that rear cup holders, most cup holders I see on a PS is where it magically appears when you press the middle

    Great video. Appreciate your effort/time. Maybe do a video on how to use the DAB radio, as so many people don't understand it and that you can replay your favourite song when it comes on or put on ABC Kids for the little ones.

    Well done excellent video, the only two things that I did not know about it was the first point which was the button that could lock the entire vehicle and the last one the console that little pocket where are you can engage that plastic tray well that’s very informative indeed
