regreting leaving my ex, but always remember that day i left her and pured my heart out crying explaining why im leaving but she didnt fought back, just told me she was ready for that because we were each othres first love. kinda broke me how easy she let me go..... but i learnd from my mistakes and now working to find a new and better love.

Required listening Saturday morning before work for me. recently was out of work from a medical condition for 2 months and i came back and all the work id put In for 5 years was gone, lost the best desk to see customers, had my previous customers stolen and fell like I In the outside where i don't get the same resources that helped me make the most sales and of course money. Now i am struggling to keep up and get my place back In the pecking order. In a high pressure, commission driven jcar sales job its easy to fall into negative thought patterns. Seeing others succeed without doing the work themselves makes me frustrated and I feel like I'm "losing" by not making the same amount as I did before. All of his messages hep me see that it isn't going to be like this when I work smart and let go of my ego and take advantage of the same "bs" opportunities that the other guy gets.
I love you man! And I only got to know about you a week ago. I dont regret not knowing you earlier cos it's always the right time, I'm only meant to know you at this stage of my life when I need you the most. God bless Jocko and your podcast partner.

I dont know much but one thing i learned personally is that there is no miracles or shortcuts. growth is hard and a gradual process that takes years. you know what does happen? catastrophe. that is sudden and has an immediate effect all be it negative. be better or be forced to do so
