Kyunki sir ne poora bataya bhi nahin ye question.
Sirf M milne se hi 2nd statement nahin true ho jaayegi balki us M ke 2 coloumn vectors jo sir ne a,b,c,d and x,y,z,p choose kiya hai use L.D. bhi show karna padega tabhi to start ke 2 vectors coloumn ke basis banenge.
