Dang that was really well made. The cinematography especially is impressive!
One thing that can help give you more recognition is submitting this into a few stop motion contests.

    • @drawraph528
      @drawraph528  Год назад +1

      Merci beaucoup !
Alors pour le mouvement oui, c'est un dézoome fait en post-prod
Pour les bouches, c'est de l'animation image par image en fonction des syllabes. J'ai des bouches en png que je place au bon endroit. Ensuite faut ajuster la colorimétrie.

Hello; my main Language is Spanish but I think that you could understand better in English (sorry my French is minimal) anyway; in my opinion, your level is higher than many doing these videos due to the scripts; however; may be about the age and interest of that group is that you do not have so many viewers. As you can see with the Star Wars...
I think that would be difficult to finish with this Camus novel with only one more chapter.
-I have a few technical questions if may I:
1-lighting and still in focus at the fighting scene.
2-the blur at 6:28 Is that post production with the software?
3-All the low Kelvins light at 6:54 sand scene.
4-The camera movement at 7:16; do you take the photo then move the camera a bit then take another then move the camera again and so on? because it feels so smooth. Or is a video?
5-the shot at 7:32 is done with the real Sun outside?
6-the "bokeh" at 7:43 is done digitally in the edition?
I know that are many questions and doubts but as mentioned in other post; understand the concepts but not the tech involved. I want to learn a bit so I can try something beside the basic.
    Thanks

Hello, no problem, I will try to answer. You should know that this animation was made more than a year and a half ago, so I might not remember everything (the editing was very long, hence the fact that it was released 2 months ago)
There is no post-production blur. Everything is entirely optical. The technique I use to get this bokeh and blur is macro rings that allow me to get closer to my subject and to get much more intense blur.
The camera movement you mention at 7:16 is a simple zoom out done in post production. The technique is to make a very slight zoom so that it can be mistaken for a tracking shot.
The sun is a flat of images: the hand darkened to create a silhouette, the sky, the sun and the rays. I don't take the head, I do it with png images.
For the light, I use leds and a soft box at 5600K (the temperature of the sun)
