Yes their logistics and customer support is pretty bad in my case I received the pair but not the lc they were not replying so I kinda spammed their email, whatsapp and also the seller. Then I shared my check check app screenshot and asked them to refund me and got the refund for the lc

Assuming NE is North East I think 8-10 days. Since I am from Haridwar Uttarakhand it's also a small place far away from the metro cities, I got it around 8-10 days. Do let me know if you get the LC and photo verification on time or not !
