Yes their logistics and customer support is pretty bad in my case I received the pair but not the lc they were not replying so I kinda spammed their email, whatsapp and also the seller. Then I shared my check check app screenshot and asked them to refund me and got the refund for the lc

This one is sky blue but there is a lot of color variety on their website

My genuine review - I've ordered sneakers on 16th august. The amount was deducted from my bank account but the order was not placed. I tried to contact with team the same day but they didn't reply me. After 1 day they picked up my call but they said that your order is not placed. After sending account transaction they said to wait for 1 day. After a day my order was finally placed. But without any message and order link. After 3 days I got the delivery track, that too on app itself. Again no messages about my order. On August 22 I observed that my order is in my city. But I didn't recieved. I thought it would be delivered under 2-3 days. But on August 24 , they showed that my order is delivered. I tried to contact with courier agency but their number was not reachable. By today itself, somehow I got the agency number, but they said that they won't deliver in my area. I said that you people are responsible for this thing. But they said that this is the mistake of seller. Now, I went to take the order from courier station because I want it ASAP. ALSO they remove negative comments from their Instagram post to fool people that their delivery would be done within 10 days. CONCLUSION - WORST DELIVERY, WORST PEOPLE, WORST SERVICE and they don't let people to know their worst side. PLZ don't buy from them.

The product that I got was genuine but then again the seller was changed without informing me. As I said in the video, try to buy from retail stores resell thoda tricky hojata hae scene

Well in my case I had already got my lc done from check check app I told them that I had to pay for the lc because you did not provide it in time then they asked me to share the amount I sent out a screenshot and they sent out the money to me via upi

See I got a legit pair but the lc was not delivered in time so I had to verify the legitimacy on my own however I got a refund for the lc later. There customer care service is a bit tackey but personally for me I got a legit pair of yeezy slidse

They were used, and dirty. Luckily i made an unboxing video. It was very tough reaching culture circle for this concern. It took a while but they refunded full amount.
