Castiel is looking wonderful. I hope you finish him in time. I would definitely say 3 finishes for the sticker book. That's a BUNCH of stickers.
Your temperature dragon looked so interesting that I found a cross stitch temperature tree to do. It’s my first cross stitch conversion, but it has been so much fun. I have January and February branches done and the leaves are going to be so colorful as they are the temps for each day. Also am doing the stoke your dragon fire event and am using dragon valley painting. It has been fun blinging up the jewels on the dragon. Hope you are feeling better and have a great day!
I've decided to count little things like stickers in a separate category. For example, last year I finished 14 kits and 2 special projects (e.g. keychain sets, sticker sets). Just worked better for me. But of corse whatever works for you!
I really admire your consistency with that huge cross stitch conversion project! I’m sorry it isn’t turning out like you hoped, but they are beautiful and shiny!
So February meant my first DAC piece! I started it mid month and will finish it in March. I love the dragon finish this month, gorgeous colors!

I was so intrigued by your original temperature dragon that I decided to try it myself and I absolutely love it! In fact, I loved it so much that I decided to also do one for the year I was born so that I could see the temperature differences! While the planning for these is a little time consuming, I actually enjoyed that part and picking out the colors, etc. (I used Diamond Drills USA and the same Amazon canvas you are using). I definitely agree that the Disney sticker book could count as 3 finishes, because of the time it takes to ‘kit up’ each individual sticker pack and then placing them in the book, etc. I also snagged The First Dragon, but haven’t started it yet. The First Dragon is on my wishlist. I *really* want this one! It turned out wonderfully. Edit: Oh, that explains why, when I saw the thumbnail, I thought, "That totally looks like Castiel." XD I recently finished Cat and Cupcake from DAC; it was my first ever diamond painting and took me a month. Diamond painting is tricky with shaky hands, and double vision that can't be corrected with glasses. Still, I finished it, and it's cute! Worrking on Ocelot from DAC now, and Sitara, also from DAC, should be arriving in another few days. I have a huge custom that I received for Christmas last year, but I am too intimidated by it to start it yet. 115,794 drills. Yikes! One day, I'll get started on it.
I loved all your finishes, your dragon was wonderful!!! I’ve never done a dragon (other than the little Spangler’s) but this one just caught my eye as it came together. In February I finished 1 large can Fishing Retreat by Dominic Davidson, Woodstock, Snoopy, and started another that I have put away. I started Mermaids and Magic and will finish the Birthday Party painting when I’ve completed Mermaid Bedroom. I’m glad you’re on the mend and enjoy each of your videos. I actually have my first Jaded Gem Shop on the way😊
The dragon is a masterpiece. I love every single detail, especially the Color pallet 😊 got it in my stash, but am new to square drills and a bit afraid of the size, so it will stay a while in the stash 😂 but I have it 🙌🏼🥳 love your videos, such a calming voice 😊 greetings from Germany 🇩🇪
In February, I finished Wonderment by Emma Casey from Bella Art Diamonds, and I finished Catch Me by mrsbutterd from DAC. I'm now working on Midnight Manekineko by Jeremiah Ketner from DAC and it's adorable! As soon as I get my blank canvas in from Jade, I'll start my temperature conversion project (the bookshelf one, the same as Kate is doing). I also plan to do the March cover of the DAC calendar (I'm behind), maybe a Disney sticker or two, and possibly a paintgem project.
Their so extensive, definitely, count 3 finishes when sticker book is done!! Keep up the the good work!!!
I'm also participating in Mermaids and Magic, and I'm working on Mermaid Bedroom :p I'm already halfway through on it so I also just recently started a new WIP which is Parrots in Paradise. Ill be gifting that to my cousin to display in his beach home. We may work on it together with his wife this coming Holy Week. Also! I just snagged a pink Munimade tray today I am SO EXCITED.
I love how your temperature dragon is coming along! I’m so close to done with my Flower Fairy probably will be done within the week. I have options after I finish her including my first Jaded Gem Shop, although I’m probably going to do one of the smaller kits between them so either Spring to Life by Hannah Lynn or the Dragons and Beasties Sophia. I think your sticker book beings counted as 3 is good.

I liked the best The First Dragon ( My Cocker Spaniel Darwin's original name). Your Disney completions are adorable.
I finished after six months my discount canvas which I call Dachshund Puppy. The kit came with no special drills, so I ordered from DIAMONDDRILLSUSA AB310, plus had already had Rhinestones. So the pillow and the outline of the dog got Jazzed up.
I am currently working on, in very small sections, Golden Cocker Spaniel by Peggy Collins.
I finished Out of Control by Richard Lorenz and Done Decorating by Peanuts. I was close to finishing another one, but didn’t get done until 3/1😅
Right now I’m working on Tabby Night by Aja Trier and Pineapple Juice by Mindy Sommers 😊
I would count all the stickers as 3 finishes! I know they look small, but they are still a lot of work. Good to “see” you, hope you are feeling better!

I made the pattern for a custom diamond painting myself (I used the site stitch fiddle) and I am starting that project this month! Loved this video, definitely count the sticker album as 3 finished, because that thing is big.

Im almost done with Wanted Dead or Alive part 1 by Petite Madame which was called Brothers on Jaded Gem Shop! It looks amazing! I switched out the white charted for the moon with left over fairy dust drills I had from Seeding Imagination from DAC. it should be done by this weekend🥰🥰
I worked on Adrina from the Mermaid Cavern and a budget kit during January and February. I was hoping to get the budget kit finished, but it was confetti heavy, and I work full time, so both are still wips. Currently working on Winston's Prize by CuteButWeird from Munimade. After all that confetti, I thought I could use more colorblocking in my life

Hey Katie! My opinion is a pen stash video…I’m super excited to see your pen collection! I am so excited to participate in Summer With The Masters 2024. How do you find out about upcoming events? I’ve heard talk of a Sarah Moustafa event and I would really like to know more info. As well as that event you mentioned…Mermaids and Magic? I’m obsessed with mermaids and have a few in my stash. Thanks in advance! As always love your content. And you’re so knowledgeable about licensed artwork…it’s nice to have someone out there I can trust for info as this has become a very important thing for me.

Love the temperature project! I’m not quite halfway through stained glass trees from DAC. It was started last year and put away for events etc. I’d love to finish this month but I doubt it lol but I want to start a new project for Dakotathon next month😊

Hi, Katie. Thanks for another month in review. I completed my first Jaded Gem Shop painting in February. It was a wonderful experience. I have several more of her kits..including my one for Summer With the Masters. I am currently working on my first Francesca's Studio Works painting. It is also a great experience. I highly recommend you try one of her kits, too

I'm confused on how to count the craft buddy album too. Did you make an entry in Gemsflow for it? I think I will mostly to be able track the time it takes. I was gonna have it count as 1 completion but it's a lot of stickers. I haven't had a chance to start my pile of stickers yet for this reason. I was gonna wait until August for smashinthespecials event to finally figure it out. Love the colors of that dragon painting! The temperature project is looking really good so far. Thanks for sharing. I finished 9 in Feb across 13 events. I was super busy!
It’s tricky to figure out, right? 😅 I’ll probably make multiple GemsFlow entries so my “completed” total matches what I have in my paper logbook and overall tracking. It won’t look super pretty in GemsFlow but oh well!
I've mentioned it before, but seeing as they come in a pack of 3, I think it makes sense that 3 completed stickers should count as 1 finish?
I just did my very first diamond art. I have seen them for a while, and accidentally found one at a thrift shop. $3. So I tried and loved it. Not a picture I would have chosen but enough to get me hooked. However. I put way too much sealant on it. I have now listen to a lot of RUclips’s and learned I don’t even have to seal. But is there any way to correct this. It’s shrinking and pulling away from the set drills. If I can’t fix it it’s ok as I’m not fond of the picture. Also. Why are they called drills. Thanks. Sue

Question, I'd love to purchase Furry Familiar but it has been discontinued... my question is do you think I can get it as a cross stitch conversion?
Hmm, I’m not sure if the artist (Carrah-Anne Aldridge) has licensed out her artwork for cross-stitch anywhere, but you could definitely try contacting her to ask!
