🌈 tape color breakdown 🌈
Orange - violence/crimes (includes significant physical fights, property damage, attempted murder, etc)
Red - murder
Pink - romance, affairs, etc
Purple - marriage
Yellow - enemies
Lime - platonic relationship (usually used to indicate a significant shift in a platonic relationship, discovery of new family, etc)
Blue - work-related connection (hiring someone, colleagues)
Light green - conspiracies/coverups... (shared information)
Dark green - blackmail (informational power)
Dark blue - framing for crime
I also ran out of my green tapes by the late seasons, so the colors shift a little. Luckily, the rate at which information is exchanged changes by then, too. There's secrets that maaaany more people are in on, so when you look at it on the scale of a whole season, the distinction isn't as important as in the first half of the series. I had to work with what I had, and all in all I feel alright about it 😭🙏 hope this helps!!
