As always, thanks Nathan for another valuable tutorial. Quick question: if one has two images of the same room from different angles, can this program put the same furniture (in the right place and correction orientation) in both images so they match each other? If so, do you know how to arrange that inside the program? LMK and again, thanks!

It's insane what technology is enabling - much of it within just the last year or two.
I have two questions: one, when you selected the auto staging option, it bumped up from 1 coin to 1.5 coins. What do they give you besides the staging for that original coin? You're already doing all of the photography and editing...
And if you're willing to share, I'm just curious what you charge the end client to auto stage a room. I feel like it could add up quickly for a property with many rooms, but the results sure are staggering compared to them being empty!
Thank you for your insight and being willing to share, you really are great.

That was very interesting, thanks for sharing. Do you specifically show your clients examples of the furniture in past photos to get an idea of what they like?

Thanks! I have some examples on my website, but I just make suggestions when I'm at the property and gauge their response.

Thx for another great vid Nathan! I photographed today an empty house. There was even no floor in it and the walls were painted. Can you do that also with this program ?

Hi Nathan! Thank you for the great video - definitely will play around with Apply Design.
Quick question - How does auto staging help you with finding furniture to match the design?

A realtor told me a few weeks ago that there is less need for Home Stagers now and that Digital Staging is the new way to do General Home Staging. What's your thoughts on this?

Thank you for this super informative video!! I recently photographed empty apartment units that they wanted virtually staged and this app is a game changer.
Although, I did run into one problem… The AI generated furniture did show up in the sliding mirrored closet doors in the rooms after rendering. How would you navigate this situation?

Download the furniture layers and edit as needed in Photoshop.

Does it request room demensions, or ceiling height? Does it render furniture that is NOT correct to size?

Thank you for sharing your experience. Do you have any coupon for a small discount to buy credits in Apply Design?

You're welcome! I don't, but you can try your first one free, and if you buy 20 or more credits then it's just $7 per image upload...super cheap.

I wonder how well generative fill in photoshop could do compared to this software?

    • @NathanCoolPhoto
      @NathanCoolPhoto  8 месяцев назад +1

Generative fill is left to chance so you won't have matching furniture in each photo, where as using virtual staging software like Apply Design you can reuse and re-angle each piece of furniture. Also, Gen Fill leaves you no control over each item, furniture etc. for scaling, placement, style, etc. Virtual staging software though does.
