    What is technique for the hands not to get burn, I have tried and for a couple or times, the first climbs I get down just like the video but as I get tired I always get my fingers or hands burned on the last climbs of the wod.

      Without seeing exactly what you are doing I would guess that you aren't pulling the rope in close enough to your chest and your center of gravity. Watch the video at 2:07 and see what I mean. Hopefully that helps.
