I had been checking out all the videos and followed everything word for word only to discover my Apple iPhone case was not correctly fitted; the phone was not pushed into the cover; hence, where I thought the silence button was showing as if activated it was in fact unactivated - I guess the moral of the story is to ensure the cover is in place - so happy it works!.
How about showing and suggesting that they check the do not disturb switch located just above the volume controls located on the left side of the phone. Make certain that the little switch is positioned to where you cannot see red. That would make this video complete.
Like so 'complete' it might make this video worth watching! Rob, you should be making these 'fixit' (Ha!) videos NOT this fast talking jerk on his ego trip! 'Find a louder ringer tune'! Talk about scraping the bottom of the barrel. Rob's comment is the ONLY reason I'm glad I bothered watching this otherwise useless video. Rob a BIG thank you.
I found out what happened. I accidentally dropped my phone. as you were motioning on the side, I noticed the piece over the volume was turned. that solved the problem.
