i know it's "pal world" and you're supposed to catch and use pals, but it is a bit disappointing that they limit the humans so much. their skills should at least match what the player can do.
@@GeryonMProbably so the devs wouldn't have to flesh out mammalian breeding mechanics. I mean, you can't have humans laying eggs, right? Not to mention, they probably just don't want players starting a human eugenics program.
I'll suggest you a game mode in the future - Monotype, pick a type out of 9 that you'll be locked into, with the same objectives like the humans only challenge. It'll be much more comfy.

I realized toward the end of the video that it's kinda like a caveman hunting party... except one of them has a gun. Hopefully in the future these guys can properly wield weapons.

I haven't played yet but I learned alot from watching your series I love your strategy of recalling your human everytime the boss is about to attack while simultaneously dodging all the attacks that seems super hard to do but I'll have to give that a go when I try it.

52:54 You can assign humans to stations using a Monitoring Stand, that you unlock at level 15. I used that to assign merchants I want at my base to a Primitive Workbench, they will just stand there all day long so I don't have to look for them in my base, they only go to bed or take a bath during night or low sanity. The rest of the time they stand by at their station. (Its a real useful feature.)
Good thing you didn't cheese the whole way. You could have just build camp fire and fries all the bosses. Human being nautral type, you had trouble with Lyleen Noct and Shadowbeak. I was going to say somting but you ended up using poison arrows by the end.

You could do a run with only the three pals from the opening cinematic (chikipi, cattiva, and lamball) or maybe one where anything other than those three has to be bred. Or a run with no weapons, only bare fists and pals. Or a no base run. Or a run with no heat/cold gear. Or after this humans-only run, maybe you should do a run without harming any bushi--call it the apology tour. Or a run with only pals that will work at night. Or no ranged weapons. Edge-hatched pals only would be another option.
I have three challenges to suggest. Breeding only 6 pal captures only to get started and no wild eggs. Daedream necklace only. And only wild eggs challenge.
