I observe student teachers, and I believe this Side-by-Side Consulting would be a good place for them to get ideas just like the ones I listened to you present today on student engagement. Having taught elementary for many years, I wish we had found out some of these ideas back in those days. Although I used some of them, I did not know about the others back then.
