The whole ad spiel at the hour mark is why you limit TV to x minutes of ads per hour. Left to their own devices, stations will do self-defeating stuff that wrecks their viewership as it devalues the screen time they sell, and spiral to trash.

On meant to fat I blame my Irish famine genes. In 90s I was constantly at y plus losing weight watching fat. Till I hit plateau. No matter how little I ate or bike, pool and yoga I did couldn't get below.
@ i can’t speak for connor but mine took a while to heal and was told to not be moving around too much to keep the area clean and not sweaty. i was also on antibiotics for a while after the surgery and wasn’t able to drink alcohol at all.
