The 2nd Day of the CALIHEA 7th National Meeting at University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Vietnamese. Mr Ha Le Minh, a moderator explains the Recognition Mechanism (RM). 1-3 in his local language. As an international observer I took this video and asked for his permission to upload in my YT so that those who can understand language can learn more.
P.S. pls note that Mr Ha and me had meet few times (in Philippines @ Malaysia and this is a third time) via this project and had lots of good time together and be as good friends.
