Love it.... I do it at 1.5 to 2mm every 2-3 weeks depending on sun, breakouts and my retinol protocol (if in a peel I don't needle til skin barrier nice and healthy). This is how I do it 1. Cleanse 2. Use a gel chemical exfoliator, and rinse. I NOW APPLY TOPICAL ANAESTHETIC and cover with cling film for 15m. Then I remove one section at a time, WIPE OFF ANAESTHETIC with warm cloth or make up microfiber circle and do the following: 3. Apply a thick antioxidant (resveratrol or pycnogenol by the ordinary are fab) serum for slippage. 4. On fatty parts of face, do circular motions at 1.5 or even 2mm for around 15 circles each (15 circles on each cheek, on the chin, upper lip, the masseter, the neck.) 5. On fine skin, such as under the eyes and forehead, I do 5 circles each per side at .25mm, sometimes just with a nano cartridge, depending how thin my skin feels at that time... Depends on my hydration levels.. if not properly hydrated my skin feels thinner so I'll swap to a nano cartridge for thin areas rather than damage the skin. 6. Apply a good hyaluronic acid (I buy my own pure grade hyaluronic acid, copper peptides and growth hormones and make my own so I can get the Dalton size I want, and strength of copper and growth factor I want, without perfume, and other chemicals... I keep it in the fridge, and make enough for 2 weeks) 7. Apply a good Korean sheet mask for 20m 8. Pat in remainder of serum from mask 9. Apply face oil to lock in nutrients 10. Apply 50 plus sunscreen. For the following week I use the My CLE Carita device (microcurrent and led) for 10m p d to increase collagen production and speed healing, which my copper peptides help with. I also consume 20g of hydrolysed collagen per day in my morning coffee. Remember to take a multivitamin as well as vit c aids absorption... Oh, also occasionally I will add ascorbic acid powder into my palm to mix with my hyaluronic acid serum, but only the day AFTER, as I do go quite deep and it's stings. I use Dr pen ULTIMA M7 with a 36 needle cartridge. I also use it to put pigment into my lips (with topical anaesthetic as I goes deeper). In between, I use the same pen every morning at .25mm to ensure my serums go in properly. I replace my needle cartridge weekly, and in between rinse in under boiling water, let it drip dry. After my main deep treatments (which I always do with a new cartridge) I'll put it needle side down in an egg cup of alcohol to sterilise it. My protocols must be working. I'm 52 next week and often people think I'm late thirties, early 40s at most... My mom has great skin though, and she's 78 xxx I make my own creams and lotions too full of good oils and fats full of vitamins etc... Dr Rajani says it only adds a little bit of collagen and a little bit of lift and a little bit of… my skin has never looked better. I’m 50 and no one can guess my age. Micro needling has changed my whole face to younger looking. Plump and glowing.
@@carmenrenee5146how many times do you use it... once a week, two, three etc? Do you use anything for slip? I have the pen, but kind of scared to use it? I do use the roller.
I use a dermaroller at home 0.3mm depth once a week. Afterward, I apply NIOD CAIS copper peptide serum. I love the increased glow. So far, I am happy with the roller.
This is the best micro-needling at home instructional video I’ve seen and I’ve viewed many. It is so helpful to have the advice and instruction from an MD on what to do and what not to do. Thank You!

I was going to ' microsculpt' but now I don't know! I seem to like the education part but when it comes to actually doing anything I think I'm basically lazy 😱
How 8s this instructional? What am I missing?? I know ai am going against the grain, here, and I don't mean to be controversial, but honestly all this did for me was to scare me off of the whole idea!
I deeply admire your transparency and sincerity towards people Dr. Rajani! Your honesty, intelligence and personality are only a few of the main reasons why people gravitate towards you. More power to you, your practice, and this channel 💕
🌿🌸 thank you for your Professional advice on home use of these "devices" ... now we can feel more confident in their use ... plus the Importance of "Professional Treatments"❣️
Lol. You're so cute. You've been giving sound advice for awhile, obviously you make a living doing your job but I never thought you were giving advice solely to make a profit, I truly believe you have the future of beauty and your patient's best interest in mind.
Needles lost in skin!?! I’ll stick to my med spa’s EndyMed RFM. It hasn’t really built much face collagen but has helped w/some under chin skin laxity. This year (2023) getting facial Sculptra!
Vibrant skin and sparkling eyes like yours are what every person is here for. Thanks for keeping safety at the top of all your list - safe and beautiful is the goal.
I love micro needling... I typically infuse retin A or copper along with a brightening serum with natural brighteners such as kojic acid and arbutin. You forgot to mention how important it is to not overdue. I never microneedle more than once a month, usually it’s about once every six weeks. You must give your skin time to remodel itself. 😉🙏🏼
Hello Jacqui. I was thinking micro needling abdomen area. Have some sagging skin after second child and was never able to bounce back. Do you think it might help? What area do you do and do you see a difference?
@@Sunny-sf1no Hi Barbara, I actually think you could microneedle any part of the body so yes you certainly can do it on your abdomen. The key would be to then infuse some good firming ingredients such as DMAE . I would do some research on exactly what are the best ingredients for skin tightening and then apply that after the micro needling for the best effect. It’s definitely worth a try!
@@komalali8899 hi there Komal, it’s actually quite easy if you start with a roller. There are many many RUclips videos on technique. The key is to not overdo it and see how your skin reacts. You always want to microneedle over very clean skin and then take it vantage of the channels that are open in your skin and use quality ingredients afterwards. Just search how to microneedle and I’m sure many videos will pop up! good luck!
Thank you so much for helping us be safe and educating us about this subject. Not all of us can afford getting multiple sessions of microneedling and or acid peels at an office . If you ever come out with a pen I’ll be the first one to buy it 👏🏼👏🏼
@@rajanimdskincare Do you have it for sale on your website? Is it recommended for home use if you're careful, hygenic and informed (via watching your videos and other dermatologist's videos, at least 3 times)? Thank you!
I used a .25 roller for the first time last Friday and plan on using it again this Friday. No pain. No problems. No redness. It felt tingly as I tried to sleep, though, so I wouldn't recommend doing it right before going to bed. I've read varying accounts of what should be put on afterward for cosmetic needling so I was unsure and just used HA. Woke up the next morning feeling and looking fine. It takes consistent use to make a difference so we'll see! Thanks for the video and info! Very much appreciated. I will say that I wish I could afford to utilize professional services but they're out of reach for far too many of us. I wish that wasn't the case, but alas. So we do what we can on our own.
I think i will stay with my derma roller. I disinfect it after every use. Great videos! Thank you Dr. I love your video and explaining thatcwe can understand.
Such a refreshing perspective! An aesthetics doctor who actually takes the time to educate people on at-home treatments - thank you. I couldn't agree more about platelet rich fibrin being the best infusion for microneedling. I absolutely see a tightening effect and increased volume in certain areas from several treatments of microneedling with PRF.
You. Are. A. Legend. PERIOD. I don’t think it’s hard to see that the whole “don’t do it yourself diy is bad” talk is just a way for aestheticians and dermatologists to have more job security. IMO for you- A plastic surgeon wouldn’t be affected by that topic. I don’t get the relation there, frankly. IMO- it’s 2022& medical science& tech has caught up to consumers. Finally. The fact that you told us about it 10 years ago is just exciting to me. Not to mention proof. (Hopefully the 30 year age reversal Gene is next) I mean common sense tells you to wash& clean your hand& face prior to using a dermaroller or pen??!! And to apply Neosporin or Triple antibiotic to any wound. What is more complicated or different from being in the office? Moral support? Do your research obviously just like before going to dermatologist. I think I know where my problem areas are better than anyone. And won’t pay 400$ just to miss spots and be disappointed. Part of me feels like the negative comments are from people in the field or wealthy individuals who can afford to go in for any& every problem. Because if I had it like that- where I could just throw money left and right at any activity I wanted- I would obviously do so on my face. But that’s just not my reality. So, I wish people would stop trying to scare me off& just give me information or helpful tips instead. That would be more helpful& interesting.
I studied cosmetology, I keep learning everything about the skin, products, devices, I love to learn about the subject, I bought a highly recommended micro needle, follow all the instructions, I get better results then the esthetician does. I feel comfortable doing it.
I purchased hyaluronic acid and a derma roller . I haven’t used it yet and now I’ll watch more videos from you before I do. Thank You for your videos and sharing your years of education and knowledge.
I feel more safe with a Dermaroller at home(twice a week) + Microdermabrasion( i know,dr.Rajani is not a fan of Microdermabrasion 🥰) As a black woman, this 2 simple procedure helped me a lot for my Hyperpigmentation & hormonal acne after giving birth 18 years ago.( My Therapist use VIORA Microdermabrasion device❤️) I look 10 years younger with these 2 routine .
I've been using a stamp, a roller & a pen at home for years. I think it's like learning to swim. Start out shallow & get gradually deeper after you build experience seeing how your skin reacts to treatments.
I had a professional do my micro needling for 2 yrs. then I started doing it at home. I use a Dr Pen A7 NEVER EVER USED THE SAME NEEDLE TWICE!!!! NOOOOOO!!! I use a powder hyaluronic acid that I mix prior to every needling so it’s fresh. I do the different depths for different areas. And after care is nothing but a rinse with cool water and an application of Avenes Cicalfate. Anti-inflammatory and antibacterial. Pretty good success. I’m also doing a scar/skin on my abdominals with a large. body roller. Also good. Thanks Dr R! Love your videos! 🥰👏
I love my Dr. Pen! I have acne scars that have gotten better over time because of microneedling. I can get aggressive with the needle length on my scars, but I don't need lidocaine cream because these areas aren't as sensitive as say, the tip of my nose (ouch!). I worry about granulomas, so I won't use anything other than hyaluronic acid as a slip. I am tempted to try colloidal silver gel, because silver helps in healing, but I won't because I worry about argyria. I figure a microneedling pen can also work like a tattoo needle, so we should be careful about what substances we are inject into our skin! Although, the colloidal silver does an excellent job of controlling my acne without the skin irritation normally associated with actives. I am so glad that you are not a Debbie Downer, like Dr. Dray. She clucks disaprovingly at microneedling and topical colloidal silver! These are two things that have really helped my skin. My other favorite is glycolic acid.
Thanks for this video! I started microneedling myself about 7 months ago w/the Dr. Pen M8 & I love the results! I do nano, cosmetic & medical needling & it couldn’t be easier once u do it the first time😂
I was interested in trying this, but after your video, I decided against doing it myself. As soon as I hear that the needles could possibly get lost in your skin, you could cause scar tissue to form if done incorrectly, and hyperpigmentation...nope, I don't trust myself. I do enjoy your channel; lots of good information...Thanks!
Thank you. Hopefully the video isnt to scare people but create awareness. Many would rather have someone do it for them with the more expensive devices and tips. Stay tuned.
Thank you for the advice. I agree that DIY beauty should complement in office treatments and above all be safe. Your videos help people to be educated and make an informed choice

Been using a dermaroller .25 for cosmetic rolling for a few years. My skin just looks much better when I do this several times a week. Definitely going to try the pen. Thanks!
I have been using one also and I'm v happy with my results too. It was a very inexpensive treatment option and I definitely saw a difference. I wish more people would try it!
In general, I do not see much use of rollers with home use anymore. People are doing so much in the DIY community. Most DIYers are quite informed and know a lot, and as the community grows there is an abundance of varied, reputable, and detailed information out there.. Micro needling is one of the more straight forward skin care routines an at homer can do.
@@tamarapomerantz8303 I've used a Stamp roller and love them. Just started using a pen for more channels, but I would pick a stamp over a roller any day. Rollers are faster, but stamps give better channels.
I am a big fan of microneedling at home with a pen. I think that you can get treatments in the office such as Botox ect but if your skin isn’t in good condition those in office treatments don’t look as good as they could. It’s nice to see a dr. Such as yourself not be worried that this will take away business but if done safely & correctly it can help the in office treatments look their best!
@Violett Fem dr Rajani has amazing info. To share and is an artist when it comes to his in office procedures. There are some at home things that we can do at home such a microneedling that will help build collagen, also Retin A is awesome & great for Anti aging & doesn’t have to cost a lot of money. I really appreciate your well described matter. I’m 67 years and live in Canada , Toronto . Would it be possible you add extra information about my age group , unless you think we are at helpless group ❤
I did microneedling with the roller about ten years ago when no one was talking about it and had no issues. I always did alot of different things at home and am considering getting the pen for a scar on my body. Just this year, I did kabelline on my double chin that didnt do anything, then I did kybella and saw noticeable results. I have also watched many DIY people and starting to see they are too extreme. So I am leaning towards getting services done by professionals. I booked a PRP facial and RF Nano microneedling for my neck.
A late comer to this video, I had just brought a dermal roller so explored your videos. So glad I did, tried the roller ever so lightly on my hand a small patch and the reaction was raised and itchy. No way is this going on my face. In the bin! You saved me from my tendency to dive right in on my face. Now waiting until I find a good professional for a platelet micro needling. ❤
Just discovered your channel yesterday. Binge watching. Sad that I was unable to purchase your products because I live in Canada. Thoughts on the Ecomask? 🙏
I'm interested to know where to purchase the device? ( I've used the roller before about 5 years ago) What size needle to start out with? So glad I listened to your video!! Thank you so much to inform us of what is best!!
I use the "Derminator" from Vaughter Wellness. I use the "one" which is no longer available. They only have the" two" available now. They demonstrate it on paper and I did that at home and it really doesn't create the microtears as it claims. So I feel confident about it. I have seen few RUclips videos where it did tear the skin-- but I personally never had any problems with the model I have. So to clarify you take a piece of typing paper and microneedle it. Then hold it up to the light and notice if you have tearing. I like the Derminator.
💜 Vaughtner Wellness by OWNDOC Sarah Vaughtner is amazing. Used her for years. International and 100% reliable for Tattoo needles and Derminator, vit C... Legit ✔💯 Tattoo needles, Derminator,
Excellent video! I have been 'at home' for 3 years, every 5 weeks, at a .50 depth. Very impressive improvement in texture and radiance of my skin. Been using a titanium needle roller. I will be getting a pen soon.
@@Chris77690 I derma roll at a depth of .50 or .75 once every 6 weeks. Sometimes I use a .25 depth derma roller for product penetration. No more than one time per week at this .25 depth. I hope that helps.
@@janetferraroartstudio4234 Thank you for answering my question. What product do you use for penetration with the dermaroller? I follow Penny. Smith on youtube and she uses the products after the dermaroller, do you use the product under/before dermarolling? Thank you!!
Dr Anil - you are worth your own weight in gold!!! Although I do believe that some procedures can be done at home (by SOME people if they are educated about it), the others need to be protected from themselves... Complications from inflammations and hyperpigmentations are often more difficult to treat than the initial skin concern someone started with... Thank you for sharing and educating! 🌷
Dr. Rajani, I just typed up a whole comment and it is gone. Might be in your spam folder. Just wanted to say THANK YOU for this extremely helpful and honest video. I appreciate your approach and advice. 🤗
Thank you Dr Rajani for always keeping us updated on useful subjects, and I also appreciate that you don´t dismiss all diy :-). I have a dr pen device at home, I´ve had it for over a year but only used it less than 5 times. I´m probably too concerned with creating infections, scars or reactions. I read a lot, I have a lot of precautions (disinfecting before and after, using only medical hyaluronic acid for injections etc. ) so it becomes very complicated. I bought the filorga ntcf, and ended up using part of them for injection instead, I´m aware that´s more risky (and not an approved DIY use) but I strangely find it easier.
Regarding the last sentence in your comment. I would be fascinated to see how you DIY this. Your awareness of hygiene makes this alternative use safer.
Oh my goodness, a few years ago I bought a roller and JUST now realized, for a few months, almost daily I was probably KILLING my skin. My mind told me I needed to do this to keep down the risk of infection but in fact I was just drying out my dermis. I was dousing the roller with ALCOHOL before every roll. aarrgghhh. No WONDER I'm now having to seek out Dot Laser doctor. Thank you for the information, wish I'd found you years ago :-(
This is a wonderful video full of caveats, which I appreciate. Safety is key. e.g. old needles, quality devices and parts replacement, etc. A video about 'how to create a sterile field' and blood-borne precautions (if doing someone else's skin) would also be helpful. I have a disposal bin for my needles (can be obtained from pharmacy). Harm reduction public health literature also teaches that a 2L pop bottle with secure lid can also be an option for used sharps.
Creating a sterile environment for me is as follows. 1. Wash my hands with soap and water. 2. Wash my face with gentle cleanser. 3. Dry face and hands with disposable one time use cotton towel. 4. Soak disposable cotton round with isopropyl alcohol and wipe off face, hands, micro needling device, pump on hyaluronic acid bottle, then hands again. 5. Then let the fun begin. If I wanted to take it to next level sterile I'd use sterile gauze to replace the cotton above but it's not like we're doing major surgery. I only go to 0.5 depth. Cheers!
Haha, your video came an hour too late and started playing as I was cleaning up after my first appointment with Dr Pen! Think I adhered to your advice though. Have concluded that microneedling is a gateway procedure making you consider more radical courses of action that you previously thought were out of the question. As a vegetarian of 30+ yrs I've always gone out of my way to use cosmetic products that are cruelty free but of course that can't apply to anything subcutaneous/ subdermal. It's amazing what midlife desperation and limited financial resources lead you to do- I don't know who I am anymore. I never even really valued my looks but before Covid I'd just started singing around the pubs with a guitarist friend of mine which was a long held dream come true and so very fulfilling since we had some brilliant responses but 2 stones of weight loss in one year at this age combined with acute Covid stress has been brutal which isn't ideal on the stage. Your channel provides much food for thought and a rational voice when I'm teetering on the brink of recklessness. Thanks and hello from the UK. (Apologies for the ramble, one year of living and working alone during lockdown- I think I'm going mad!)
"It's amazing what midlife desperation and limited financial resources lead you to do- I don't know who I am anymore." I think this resonates with more people than you realize!
@@00dfm00 I think the amount of midlife people on here who sound quite educated and informed yet are doing rather outlandish and potentially risky things to themselves makes me realise that I'm certainly not alone. I wish I had the money to invest in the ethical side of the anti-ageing sector that's for sure. We're a vulnerable demographic ripe for exploitation. Good luck with your own journey.
Question! How do you prepare your skin before the session? Do you simply double cleanse? And for the post session care is it okay to simply use a zinc oxide cream?
Dr. Hopefully one day you launch your own devices with instructional videos, you for sure will have a customer with me. To me at home treatments are more about time management. Is for me really hard to find a doctor who provides consults on Saturdays on my city.
I have always liked the way you educate and explain procedures. You tell it all and all the things that can happen that we don't want to happen. No one else does that. Thank you so much. I would rather be safe than sorry anytime.
Derma stamp aka microneedle stamp is also an option. It doesn't make v shape openings, but it's also isn't so invasive as dermapen. I have only dermaroller because derma stamp wasn't so popular at that time when I bought dermaroller and dermapen seemed too harsh. But I'm happy with my dermaroller, my acne spots healed much faster when I used it and I'm not affraid with v shape openings that dermaroller makes, because skin needs a bit of wounds healing factor to get faster and more visible results. And I'm always, always let dermaroller soak 10min in alcohol before and after use.
I think the V shaped illustrations were probably marketing material made by pen manufacturers that wanted to convince people to buy their products instead. The skin as most people know is very flexible and those illustrations only pan out to be V shaped if you microneedle paper that easily rips. It's easy to test this too as all one needs is a needle and to wiggle it. Most people know intuitively what will happen but show them a colorful illustration that seems like it should make sense mathematically and suddenly common sense goes out the window.
I’d like to know what people think too :) I have one and used it now about 5 times for scar improvement, which it has done and there is a good improvement, but it’s slow, as I only use it as recommended every 6-8 weeks as it’s a longer needle depth in areas than the standard maintenance of 0.5, although I use different settings depending on the facial area. I don’t use any products when rolling other then sterile water (there are videos of how to make your own platelet plasma, but I’m not really up for that 😛) and I don’t use anything on it for a few days, just some Infadolon in areas. So far I’ve been very pleased, but even though every time there is improvement, it is something I am looking at doing over two years. Thereafter I would use a much smaller needle setting for general maintenance.
I went to a medical spa for a collagen induction treatment with a derma pen. The technician did a terrific job but it took awhile to heal - weeks, actually. I have freckles on my cheeks and I had scabs under my cheek area under my eye that eventually healed very nicely. I do a bit of micro-needling at home and afterwards apply a prescription strength Retin-a which provides a light peeling effect a few days later. I use sunscreen every day. Thank you for the vid!
If you need a glow you dont need this. I peel my face and use a mask. I have an infraredmassage machine use it for 20 minutes twice a week. I have this glow.
Great informative video! I have been doing micro needling for several years in my face and I love the results. I use a .05 Ora micro needling roller device once a month and I wanted to change to the pen but I changed my mind for the reasons that you mentioned. Every 6 months, I do a professional micro needling treatment and my skin love it. Your channel is a new discovery for me. Thank you for your videos✨👏🏼

Love it.... I do it at 1.5 to 2mm every 2-3 weeks depending on sun, breakouts and my retinol protocol (if in a peel I don't needle til skin barrier nice and healthy). This is how I do it
1. Cleanse
2. Use a gel chemical exfoliator, and rinse.
I NOW APPLY TOPICAL ANAESTHETIC and cover with cling film for 15m. Then I remove one section at a time, WIPE OFF ANAESTHETIC with warm cloth or make up microfiber circle and do the following:
3. Apply a thick antioxidant (resveratrol or pycnogenol by the ordinary are fab) serum for slippage.
4. On fatty parts of face, do circular motions at 1.5 or even 2mm for around 15 circles each (15 circles on each cheek, on the chin, upper lip, the masseter, the neck.)
I keep it in the fridge, and make enough for 2 weeks)
7. Apply a good Korean sheet mask for 20m
8. Pat in remainder of serum from mask
9. Apply face oil to lock in nutrients
My mom has great skin though, and she's 78 xxx

I’m watching it today 🤭
In watching it today too! Any updates to this video? And also - what should we be putting with it for building elastin and collagen - copper peptides?
Lol. You're so cute. You've been giving sound advice for awhile, obviously you make a living doing your job but I never thought you were giving advice solely to make a profit, I truly believe you have the future of beauty and your patient's best interest in mind.
Omg, I can't believe the needles can get lost in your skin sometimes... Thanks for your honesty and knowledge Dr. Rajani
😳

Would you have to have skin as hard as a oak tree to cause a break in a dermaroller blade, surely human skin too soft to break a steel blade?!!.
Oh how horrible that the needles can get lost under the skin! Oh my goodness, lol!! So glad I'm watching this.
Dear can you guide me? How to do this i also want to do it please guide me dear
Just search how to microneedle and I’m sure many videos will pop up! good luck!
Thank you Jacqui! Going to look into and will probably do it this weekend.😊
Thank you so much for helping us be safe and educating us about this subject. Not all of us can afford getting multiple sessions of microneedling and or acid peels at an office . If you ever come out with a pen I’ll be the first one to buy it 👏🏼👏🏼

Such a refreshing perspective! An aesthetics doctor who actually takes the time to educate people on at-home treatments - thank you. I like the fact that you are not greedy and you do care... Thank you
Doing this at home changed my life aka my face. Takes 5 years off and makes my skin absolutely glowing 💫💫💫
Does it help tighten your skin? lol xxx
Which brand did you use?
You. Are. A. Legend.
(Hopefully the 30 year age reversal Gene is next)
I mean common sense tells you to wash& clean your hand& face prior to using a dermaroller or pen??!!

Any dermarollers that you can recommend that are high quality?
I've been using a stamp, a roller & a pen at home for years. I think it's like learning to swim. Start out shallow & get gradually deeper after you build experience seeing how your skin reacts to treatments.

Dr dropping truth bombs love you Rajani!!! 😉
Love you, my man, and yes it’s safe with a little care 💫 Been doing it for years. 44 year old looking like 32 year old snack ;)
We are very lucky to have you! Thank you
I love my Dr.
I do nano, cosmetic & medical needling & it couldn’t be easier once u do it the first time😂
Whitch size use for acne scars please ?
I was interested in trying this, but after your video, I decided against doing it myself. As soon as I hear that the needles could possibly get lost in your skin, you could cause scar tissue to form if done incorrectly, and hyperpigmentation...nope, I don't trust myself. I do enjoy your channel; lots of good information...Thanks!
Thank you. Hopefully the video isnt to scare people but create awareness. Many would rather have someone do it for them with the more expensive devices and tips. Stay tuned.

I have scars on my face. What pen do you use?
Hi,what is a Nano? Thanks

Thank you for the information, wish I'd found you years ago :-(
I'm trying to learn as much as I can. This info is very helpful. I definitely would like to see much more of this type of content. Thank you.🙂
I just discovered you channel Dr. Rajani. Thank you for all your valuable information. Here's to your health, happiness, harmony!

Cheers!
You are amazing dr and very honest ,I like your advice very educational
Thank you for watching
Is for me really hard to find a doctor who provides consults on Saturdays on my city.
can we use same cartridge if using just for yourself? clean it with alcohol? Thank you!

Thank you for your support
whole heartedly passionate dr Anil Ajani..God bless u & more ❤❤❤
Derma stamp aka microneedle stamp is also an option.
Great video Thankyou and more informative than others, makes sense, could you you please tell me is almond oil ok as after treatment?
Love your honesty. Thank you. I hate injections scare of needles

Hello, Are you familiar with the Derminator 2? It is meant to be the best of the best. Would you recommend this device?
I really like you because you seem to care about people and you want to share priceless education with people. I bet you're a great husband.

I did all of these when I started 7 years ago, I brought the professional dermapen. So I'm proud of myself
