I’m all about mastery so I totally get what you mean by wanting to expedite the learning curve and be good at climbing - which is why I do a lot of climbing drills. That was a lot of progress for two weeks! The fact that your skin and muscles allowed to to climb every day for that long is a feat in itself.

Yes! This is awesome! My partner and I just got into rock climbing last year and absolutely love it. I realized a while ago that to stay engaged with fitness, I needed more than just a workout video and something that felt more like play. Rock climbing was perfect!
This was a fun video to watch! I recently got myself into rock climbing like 2 months ago and I focused a lot on getting the technique right, and that was the best decision.. I am very happy with my progress at climbing and I enjoy it a lot since it’s very dynamic and the climbing community itself is very welcoming.. Most of the people in climbing are super friendly and helpful.. I hope you guys keep climbing 🤘🏻
Do they not have routes with the belay or auto belay? Kind of helps if you aren’t worried about dying. And don’t forget to practice climbing back down. 😂
They did! We only tried them for a little bit while we were getting the instructions but it was mostly a bouldering gym. We’ll have to try out a rope gym next time 🤙🏼
I love bouldering and lead climbing. You want to use your legs as much as you can. And keep your arms straight. So you don’t burn out your biceps. I’ve learned the hard way. Great job by the way.
That seems like a fun way to leap out of your comfort zone to do something new. Im scared of heights real bad so this a climbing gym might be a good way to face that.
Yeah it was a ton of fun! Climbing in a gym is definitely a solid way to get over the fear of heights! Great exercise, a mental puzzle, and soft landings 🤙🏼
This content, as well as the many adventures that lie ahead of you two, is fun to watch! It's fulfilling for those of us who can't _____ yet- - or can't anymore! Keep those hips in!
