I fixed it it has something to do with the hdmi cord just turn off your Xbox unplug ur hdmi cord then plug it to your Xbox then the tv then turn it on and that's how I fixed mine

Chemo Mods well after a long time i figured it out. You need to open up your jtag, unplugg the driver then start xell and it will work. I hope this will work for you to !

its not broken, just find someone on Skype who can help you.. find a launch.ini file and put it on a flash drive.
