    What Westerners often misunderstand is that these things are exclusively vegan when Asians ourselves would have no problem eating them with meat. Tofu with minced pork, tempeh with chicken liver and gizzard, and _tua nao_ in pork-and-tomato chili dip 😁

    Even the "semi-rotten" tempe still have its own use as the main ingredients of local stew.
