Making a David Winter Inspired Cottage & Flower Shop in the Sims 2| Speed Build| Open For Business

I've been trying to find the perfect house for Hyacinth in the future for my Simpleton Family Lets Play but I couldn't find any until I came across a cute cottage figurine. It was a David Winter Cottage and I am obsessed at how detailed his works are and I'm trying to emulate it in this build. I couldn't go all out with the decorations because I had a budget of 50,000 simoleons so this is the best I can do.
