I'm glad you reacted to this song. It's one of her best ones.
As you said she's fire when she sings in english. Her english repertoire is wonderful.
And she has songs that are even heavier than this one. Try "Lisert" or "Your Manifesto", or "Labyrinth", or "Together".
I prefer her in english... but she did good things in italian too.

Elisa è bilingue , canta e compone bellissime canzoni sia in italiano che in inglese . Per motivi di struttura grammaticale è più difficile comporre canzoni in italiano piuttosto che in inglese anche per un italiano . Per questo motivo nei talent italiani i ragazzi tendono a portare brani propri scritti in inglese ma i coach e i giudici considerano un plus brani scritti in italiano
In realtà l'italiano è molto musicale ma va usato bene e in maniera colta e non tutti sanno farlo.
