I was getting a ton of annoying texts so I texted back! I told them to stop texting so much. I said, I don’t care if you run out of an item I have in my cart! I’ll purchase again when I’m ready and not because you forced me too! They stopped! 😂😂😂
Here’s another tip for you, if your coupon expires and it has not been expired over 30 days, you can go to the chat and ask them to reinstate your coupon and they will. I have done it a couple of times with no problems.

What I tell them is that I sign in to buy a bunch of stuff and you were just gonna use it right then and there but you realize it expired and you really want to buy stuff like right now even if you don’t wanna buy stuff right that second you don’t have to but just tell them that you’re trying to make a purchase, but your coupons expired and they’ll just reinstate like a bunch of them. They don’t just reinstate one. They reinstate like six of them between four and six they will give you
Yes you leave money on the table if you don’t do price adjustments. You can do them up to a month after buying.😊
You also need to be sure that you need to be aware of measuring devices, that they could come in cm instead of inches.
When you request a price adjustment from your ordered screen, you can choose to send the credit back to the method of payment for the purchase. I've also seen one woman receive hers back as a temu credit. So, you have choices.
Have you noticed that they took the price adjustment button out?
@@eyecallya71 I just checked mine to make sure, but I still have it only if there's something less than what I originally paid for it. And as best I can tell, it's good for 30 days.
@@eyecallya71 The button is there for the first adjustment. After that, if you click Support and then each of your orders that's less than a month old, if there's a price to be adjusted, it'll say "Item dropped in price, apply for a price adjustment", usually under the Problems With An Item? heading. (Make sure your pop up blocker doesn't block the adjustment screen after you click "item dropped in price".) I check my previous orders 1x a day to see if there's any adjustments, and rarely does a day go by that I haven't gotten an adjustment. I've gotten more than $8 back on just one of my orders and it's still not a full month yet!
You can do refunds 1 per order without having to send the product back and the credit goes into ur Temu credit balance.

One thing I learned is keep the individual bag every item comes in because if you do a return, you need to have the barcode and it is not anywhere on your order and customer service will not be able to find it.
You have to have that barcode for every return which is an issue I’m dealing with now but supposedly they said they will credit my return if they can match it up to my order . There should be an easy way to find which item matches. It’s bad, but when you order several things at once that are similar, it’s a problem.

yes, this has happened to me too, they somehow managed to duplicate a few things, but thankfully it's ok, I don't mind getting a second one.

You don't have to ask for price adjustment. It is offered. You just click to accept . Check your orders up to 30 days.

@jiminilyx5353 no. Just go back to your orders. If a price has changed, the "request price adjustment " option will be there. It will only be there if a price has changed.
Yes, it is offered, but it is up to you to follow up on your orders and check and see if any items have been reduced, in the thirty days. If they have, the option will be there to select when you click into the order.
Imagine how much labor costs must be if you buying something for this cheap. It’s sad people just overlook deeper issues to just save a quick buck.

Wait till they start charging your credit card? If you put anything in your can't even put money in my account because I'm in fear that they will take it all out cause. I have some stuff in my car. They keep trying to charge my credit card and it puts me in non sufficient funds. 35 hour charge and they give you 2 cents no customer service at all with the bot And they say can you explain that a little more I didn't understand you b*******

If you take a screenshot of what you’re looking for you can go to temu search bar and there’s a camera icon to the right. Then it’ll let you search by photo.

To really learn more about Temu don't watch videos from folks that get paid to say how great Temu is. Do not follow affiliate links and do not download the app. You will receive tons of emails with fake deals to get you to buy but when you check out the prices in your cart there was no deal. Also many products are unsafe or toxic and this has been investigated and proven. Watch the non-affiliate videos and get the truth behind Temus cheap toxic crap.

When you see the craft companies’ original products sold for 1/6 to 1/10th of their retail price, one quickly realizes that when you buy from a craft company in America one is STILL supporting companies that support Chinese companies by having their dies fabricated in China. Not American here btw and I have paid hundreds if not thousands of $$$$ over the years shipping from the US.
Where do you shop? Walmart and Target at not made in America. So yeah, tell us all about it when you pay 2-3x for American made. And don't go to the srores that sell made in China. 😂😂
