✍Hello Liz...when I buy a new container of Parmesan cheese I take the old lid and put it on the new one and keep the new lid. I've done this 4 times so that the lids are brand new to put on the new jars to use for drinks and give away as gifts or for my family.

Dollar tree is one of my favorite stores to shop. I have three Dollar tree stores near my house and if i can't find it in one, ill visit the next. I sell handmade candles, so I but a lot of my office business supplies there and all my candle vessels at the Dollar tree. I also buy many of my home cleaning supplies like toilet cleaner, dawn soap, multipurpose cleaners, microfiber cloths to clean my car and bath, etc, carpet deodorizer and I love their party supplies, birthday cards, gift bags, seasonal decor. I love their coloring books and preschool activity workbooks for children, my son just turned 4 and he is learning math and to write numbers and letters by tracing them. They also have nice socks that are very soft and comfy. I do have the bowl with the handle for pancakes or for mixing food. Their disposal foil pans are awesome. I would like to buy those square vegetable containers to store fruit and veggies. I don't really buy anything of Amazon anymore, I go online to google to compare prices or ill go to Ross they also have sales and qualify products.
If you get shallow baskets and put in that wire undershelf rack, they are like little drawers. Stuff stays in them better and you just pull them out like a drawer and slide them back in. I have 2 in my pantry like this. It's great for snacks and those pouch mixes.

One thing that's great about your organization ideas is that when you need to make your grocery list, you simply open your pantry door and write down what you are "low" on! Easy!!! I love it.
Hello, really enjoyed the video. May I please make a suggestion? For safety, when you were storing your tableware I noticed that all the blades of the knives were pointing up. Store them blades down so you don't accidentally cut yourself. Sorry just one more thing. When scraping food off a cutting board use the backside of the knife not the blade side. This will save the blade from dulling faster and save the board's surface at the same time.

I think it was a mistake to raise their prices which gives other companies a chance to beat the Dollar Store prices. Any comments from mgmt?
I love all these ideas. They would be great if I lived alone. However, my husband and son aren't into this. I've put labels on spice containers. One for Spanish, one for Asian, one for everyday spices. Took me 2 weeks to find the salt shaker. It was with the tomato sauce. Have a sharps drawer and utensil drawer. Hi Liz! Love your ideas on how to use products. In your video you show a clear container with a handle that you show storing jello in the fridge. I use these containers to store items on higher shelves. The handles make it easier to pull the container out in the higher shelves. I like to buy candles that have nice or interesting jars that they r in. Then I use the jar(once the candle is all used up) for my quips and cotton balls, bandaid & alcohol wipes, and make up wipes &pore strips or other cosmetics packs.
Great rope toy hack for TEETHING PUPPY! Soak frayed end into chix or beef broth then freeze. Give to teething pup to relieve pain in gums/teeth as he chews
A lot of people be sleeping on Dollar Tree but it's always been my go-to place. Even for food. It's only me and my dad so the quick meals do come in handy.
Be cautious about the car air fresheners. I used one of the brand name Febreze, and it leaked down the panel of my car just under the air vents. The liquid ruined the panel. I’ve heard similar stories of the Dollar Tree variety.
The handle directs the stream of liquid into your container with more precision than the pour spout. It depends on if you are pouring into something large or small.
What a great idea for my trunk. We got a watermelon a few weeks ago with our groceries and we tried to put it somewhere where it wouldn’t roll, but it rolled anyway.
Sounds crazy but the dryer balls are great for your feet if you have plantar fasciitis. It hurts like heck when you roll your foot over it, but it helps loosen the fascia and results in almost instant pain relief.

Just a note about the rug grippers, yes they do keep the rugs down, although not necessarily in place. But I don’t recommend on hard wood floors. They took up some of my floor finish. Buyer beware on that one.
Yes! The black hangers are great for clothes! I buy some everytime I go to dollar tree. But they do not hold up for heavier jackets or coats.... But the expensive dups don't either.
Wow a lot of great ideas. I'll be sure to use some. BTW Where on earth is this Dollar Tree? Cause it's stocked with so many items, and neatly organized. Now most stores usually are nearly organized. But I've never seen a store with that many items. Great Vid💕
I love that pool noodle trick with water. Dollar Tree. If you pay attention to the canned foods that you buy, you will notice that many canned foods are sold in clear reusable mason jars. I save and reuse those mason jars. I wish our Dollar Tree was as big as the one you were shopping in.
A few months ago I used those same items to store my purses...with the exception that since several of my wider purses are also taller I turned the shelves upside down so the legs are pointing up. My wider purses fit about three in between the legs without falling over. The smaller/narrower purses go in the divider rack.
I use Dollar Tree lidded plastic pitchers to store Bisquick, 10x sugar, Semolina flour and corn meal. BUT best of all I proof bread dough or flatbread dough or English muffin dough in them. I can watch it rise. I buy the galvanized frame and add magnetic hooks and put my measuring spoons on it (Adhere to inner cabinet door.) Love your channel.
Those make up pumps are also perfect for crafting. I use mine to store my rubbing alcohol in so I can easily clean my mugs or other things I am putting vinly on. They also have the round cotton pads which are great to buy with it for easy application.
A hack for dusting your fan blades: slip an old T-shirt completely over the blade (you’ll need to be on a ladder if it’s high obviously) and wipe the dust down into the shirt, so none of the dust falls onto the ground or your bed, dinner table, couches etc, or if you have allergies and just don’t want dust flying around in the air! Works really well if you’ve put it off for awhile and they got extra dusty 😂
We use old pillow cases to clean ceiling fan blades, we spray the blades with soapy grease treating liquid made from dishwashing liquid, get the pillow cases damp, slip over each blade, wait a few minutes and slide each pillow case off… Turn pillow cases inside out and rinse, before you put them on other blades.. A bit of the soap residue left on the blades keep the blades from getting heavily sticky with grease in the air in kitchen. The residue will be there for the next damp cloth cleaning.
I had to watch this one to the end! I usually watch the dollar tree diy and get board....... Not yours. Your ideas are down too earth. I really don't want to do a huge project where I have too purchase 5+items and you deliver! Thank you
The dish drying rack does work for pans if you snap off every other wire, making the space between bigger. And then add a little glue or tape over the broken bit to keep from scratching.
Love your videos. I actually have used the pool noodle to fill a bucket. The one place I clean doesn't have a sink where you can fill it and the pool noodles works great.
I wish my Dollar Tree was like yours! Mine has less than 1/3 of what you show… no crafts section, minimal containers, no pet section, etc. I am jealous!
As for the snacks……… get a basket or something of the like, fill with snacks for an older person’s Christmas gift or for any person you don’t know what to get.
2:15 Great tips but gently whisk in the dry ingredients and allow them to be slightly under-mixed. I use inexpensive pancake mixes and fix them by adding a few big dollops of sour cream to the batter, 1/8 tsp more baking powder and a tablespoon of sugar (preferably turbinado) lightly stirred in it and you will get a soft, slightly sweet, creamy, fluffy pancake that will taste like a pastry chef would have made it. Top with Nutella for best results! That’s my daughter’s favorite version. ❤Also, wanna know a secret to making the fluffiest OMELETS? Add a big dollop of the unsweetened pancake batter and whisk that it. It’s actually IHOP’s secret to their pancakes. 😅
I love seeing your Dollar Tree videos. You don't just buy items you show us how to use it. You also tell us what works and what doesn't. Love your ideas, and I want to let you know that I appreciate your hard work. Thank you Liz.😊

I like to buy candles that have nice or interesting jars that they r in. Then I use the jar(once the candle is all used up) for my quips and cotton balls, bandaid & alcohol wipes, and make up wipes &pore strips or other cosmetics packs.
I buy the oil change black plastic containers. Drill a few holes, they make awesome herb growing containers.
I use the pool noodle to fill my portable swamp cooler. It works great!
Great idea!
I love the salt pour spout with Mason jar. I wasn't happy with the cardboard so I covered it with clear packing tape for a little protection.
That square ruler is superb. Im a quilter and using that for my fabric cutting would be major
Be cautious about the car air fresheners. I used one of the brand name Febreze, and it leaked down the panel of my car just under the air vents. The liquid ruined the panel. I’ve heard similar stories of the Dollar Tree variety.
The rug stickers do NOT leave residue on your floors. And to clean them run under water and they stick like new again.
why would you pour batter (or anything?) out of the mixing bowl handle when theres a POUR SPOUT on it?
I was thinking the same thing!!
It’s far more precise of a pour.. use either the pour spout or the built in pour spout handle.. believe me, it is great when the opening is narrow… 🎉
Hi! 👋 know I’m late to the party here. But I’d really like to find that cabinet sliding drawer ( 8:35 min ) that is something I truly need everywhere lol! Thanks!! just found you and I’ve enjoyed every minute so far thank you again❤🎉
Love all these
This is Lorraine from Corning New York I just love watching your videos you have a nice calming voice that I like to hear you have given me many great ideas for my home 🏡 and I really appreciate the ideas you are very pretty woman you don't need to wear makeup to cover up that natural beauty😊😂❤🎉 I bless you everyday I want you to have safe travels while you are shopping be well and be safe and be happy I think about your videos and you often keep the videos coming they are awesome and you are awesome thank you
Thank you Liz for showing all these great deals at Dollar General! I will be looking for them. You are so creative!
I absolutely love DOLLAR TREE, thanks for the DIY tips
Just a note about the rug grippers, yes they do keep the rugs down, although not necessarily in place. But I don’t recommend on hard wood floors. They took up some of my floor finish. Buyer beware on that one.
The step stools at dollar tree are great and fold up nicely.
You are so smart and everything you have done on this video alone is awesome
Pool noodle hack was great to fill 5 gal water jug for plant humidifier. Thanks for your great ideas!
I use the small pump (liquid makeup remover) in my kitchen. Fill it with my Dawn detergent, and I love it! Works great for rags& sponges!
Wish our Dollar Tree had half of these items! I still haven’t found a DT with a plus section!
I love your smile & happiness..it's catchy!! Can't wait to binge watch! Love & prayers from Iowa! 💙🙏
Yes! The black hangers are great for clothes! I buy some everytime I go to dollar tree. But they do not hold up for heavier jackets or coats.... But the expensive dups don't either.
I use 2 of them to hang heavier coats.
Wow a lot of great ideas. I'll be sure to use some. BTW Where on earth is this Dollar Tree? Cause it's stocked with so many items, and neatly organized. Now most stores usually are nearly organized. But I've never seen a store with that many items. Great Vid💕
Hi Liz, just wondering what paint medium you use and what is the ratio to the paint? Thank you.
I love that pool noodle trick with water. Dollar Tree. If you pay attention to the canned foods that you buy, you will notice that many canned foods are sold in clear reusable mason jars. I save and reuse those mason jars. I wish our Dollar Tree was as big as the one you were shopping in.
Spaghetti sauce in jars!
WORD OF THE DAY SHOULD BE "LIZ" !!! You ideas are Magnificent!! So many things I need to get and USE!! U ARE AWESOME!!
Wonderful
Thank you for giving us dollar tree "hacks" for those of us on a budget! Brilliant!
I did not realize the prices were still low there with a great selection .Thanks for sharing!
I LOVE THE HACKS YOU SHARE WITH US ALL. YOUVE BEEN MY FAVE SO FAR! THANK YOU❤..IM FROM ARIZONA ❤
I use the paper towel holders hang them sideways and use them to hold my extra coat hangers
I ❤ Dollar Tree for School supplies/gifts/actvities for my students ☝🏽😎🤳🏾 . And thank you for all of the great tips.
She’s so organized!!! 🤯
We use old pillow cases to clean ceiling fan blades, we spray the blades with soapy grease treating liquid made from dishwashing liquid, get the pillow cases damp, slip over each blade, wait a few minutes and slide each pillow case off…
Turn pillow cases inside out and rinse, before you put them on other blades..
I use a two laundry baskets to put things in the back of my CRV. They’re AWESOME!
Love your videos. I actually have used the pool noodle to fill a bucket. The one place I clean doesn't have a sink where you can fill it and the pool noodles works great.
My jade roller from the dollar store broke the 1st time I used it. 😭😭
LOVE YOUR VIDEOS!!!!
Dollar Tree gives exchanges on broken items with a receipt.
I wish my Dollar Tree was like yours! Mine has less than 1/3 of what you show… no crafts section, minimal containers, no pet section, etc. I am jealous!
Dollar Tree is my favorite store...I could spend all day in there
I wish our DOLLAR TREE had even half of what yours has😊
I wish my Dollar Tree was anywhere near that clean and organized!
@vcrankin8142 No kidding. Ours is like a rolling store because the product is rarely put on the shelves. Dark, dirty, and the ceiling leaks.
Yes, same here!
I wish you tell which state you are looking to all these amazing stuff
I spray painted the connectors copper/rose gold to the copper grids to blend in.
As for the snacks……… get a basket or something of the like, fill with snacks for an older person’s Christmas gift or for any person you don’t know what to get.
Wow! The dollar store is my hone from home. I usually take a couple of hours up down the aisles. Thank you for all your hard work and sharing.
So very many great ideas! Thank you so much for you DOLLAR TREE finds and projects for organizing through my home. ❤
