When you have the clip on your scope, Do you have problems shouldering the rifle? Doe the recoil push against your eye? Would you reccomend this for practical field use?
It would definitely change how you shoulder the rifle IF you don't first move the scope forward. That is what I would recommend.
I have personally only used it handheld, thus far. Just haven't had a need to use it as a clip-on.
So I’m having an issue with focusing on my scope, when focused using the wheel on the nv100 my scope cross hairs are blurry but the target is clear, and when the cross hairs are clear the target is blurry. I’m sure it’s a no brainer for the veterans but just looking for some help! Cheers.
My objective focus is on the rear of the scope (where the adapter piece would be mounted) which I assume my issue is.. but anyone.. let me know!
To make make focus adjustments I mean, where as the more expensive scopes would be the front from what I’ve seen anyway
Not familiar with this night vision, however the issue is you have a scope without paralax adjustment/cross adjustment. So the target is sharp the cross is blurry or other way around when you use the focus on the NV. You will have to experiment with the focus on the scope a little and you should get to sort of compromise-the target will be less sharp, but cross will be visible, somewhat ok level.
