      @@StillLivin I feel like while I do use recipes anything I really like I would just like to eat as un messed with as possible throw the crab right on a flame and I will still be happy.

    I recommend to roast the shells a bit before making the stock and straining.
    This is a fantastic meal you've produce and biggest crayfish I've seen. Cheers from very South US, Gulf Coast /🍻

    Really enjoyed the different style of catch and cook up in fresh water elements. Would love to see more of a mixture of fresh water and salt water cook ups. That crayfish had my mouth watering wish this try this recipe when I go away camping! Just wondering is their different species of cray fish in this water way?

      @@StillLivin Puget Sound I am an hour depending on direction from the ocean ,the mountains, the rain forest and the desert. But right at sea level on one of the many puget sound bays near Olympia in a forested valley.

    Why such a small spread that you can keep? Way too strict regulations! I see if one is too small or even female...but TOO BIG??? REALLY??? My favorite...lobster and crab!

      @@juliemanarin4127 oh I understand your question now, I'm pretty sure it's because the larger ones become the more dominant breeders so taking them would result in lower population. That's my understanding anyway
