They signed multimillion dollar contract, and shipped out scarce funds that should be used to initiate capital investments that should yield foreign exchange revenue for the country. You are wrong! Phase 1 is not even close to completion. Phase 1 is a 47km which begins at Ahmadu Bello doad and terminates at ibeju lekki. Phase 2 is 55km which starts at where phase 1 terminates and end at the border of ogun and ondo. Other phase will be done simultaneously in the south south by other contractors too
